I called at 8:15 am and Steve and Phil were here within the hour. They came, they say, they fixed, they left. They rootered the tub and the toilet and snugged up a leaking pipe. Steve is very personable and professional.

I called this service because of the reviews on here -- wanted someone who would respond quickly and was kind of no-nonsense about it all. He was great! Got to us quickly, didn't charge us an arm and a leg, and was very nice. I would definitely call them again.

Quick, efficient, and great pricing relative to some. Good conversationalist and we chatted as he ran the snake through the pipes. Highly recommend.

They have done work for myself and my family for 15 plus years. They have always done a great job. They also try to give you ideas to prevent problems in the future.

We had a laundry drain that had backed up and spilled out into our laundry room and into other arts of the basement. Bob was able to come the same day and cleaned out the drain line. He was very friendly and very neat, not spilling any of the and quot;gunkand quot; onto our floors. I will most definitely use him in the future and refer him to friends.

Bob's is the best. They where a referral from a friend. I always get same day service, on a SATURDAY no less, with no extra charge for a weekend. They are fast, efficient and really the most pleasant guys. It turns out they are the guys my boss calls when our drains need it at work. Bob's Sewer Rooter rocks!!

We used them very frequently when our 2 year old flushed things down the toilet and clogged it. These guys were great everytime. And very affordable.

My basement floor drain was clogged and my washing machine water backed up in the basement. I called and spoke to Bob late one afternoon and he and an assistant were here the next morning. They unclogged the line which turned out to be to my garbage disposal. They even tightened a screw to stop a leak on my washing machine faucet and fixed a basement step. Excellent and professional service. I will definately use this service again and would recommend them to anyone with sewer and/or drain problems.

they came to unclog my kitchen sick drain and did it in 15 minutes or less. everything is fine.

Sewage backed up from the basement floor drain. I called and arranged an appointment. The two man crew arrived at the scheduled time. They opened the floor clean out and used two different methods (a rotating snake and a pressure flush) to clear the sludge which was blocking the drain between the house and the septic tank. One of the access covers to the septic tank was opened, to observe that the method of clearing the drain had worked. They cleaned up after themselves. Afterward I turned on multiple faucets and the drain worked fine. I have had trouble several times before with this drain and Bob's crew appeared to me to do a more thorough and effective job than what I have seen done by other companies. I will use Bob's again.

We wer extremely pleased with the service, and would not hestitate calling them again.

My toilet was clogged and I called at approximately 7:00 this morning. He came at about 8:15 and was out of here in about 15 minutes with the job completed. You can't beat that!

My basement drain was clogged and I had standing water around the area. I called Bob's Sewerooter Service and was told that the gentlemen would be there within an hour and a half. The professionals arrived, fixed the problem within an hour and left the area tidy. This happened both times.

They are really good to deal with. The person that built our house didn't do well with what he did. He didn't close the pipe going from the house out to the septic tank so that the water and everything would drain faster. We have to dig up our driveway about every 18 months to fix this pipe. So, we decided that it would be cheaper to have somebody come out here to roto-rooter the septic tank. Bob's Sewerooter Service is a wonderful company run by a father and his two sons. The septic tank is right now. We call them and they are out here within an hour. It once happened on an Easter Sunday and the father said that his son wasn't busy on that day. They don't even charge you anything extra for coming out on weekends and holidays. I just love them. The price for the last service was $75. It seems like the price goes up by $5 or $10 every 18 months. It's still worth it. We tried running the snake ourselves and doing it ourselves, but it turned out to be more.

I've used Bob's several times over the years at my rental properties. They answer the phone or call me back promptly, arrove when they say they will and get the job done at a reasonalble price.

They arrived promptly, fixed the problem in less than fifteen minutes, left the bathroom clean and tidy, and charged a very reasonable amount.

Job done very well, Cost very reasonable. Will call upon them again when needed. I referred them to a close relative with a plugged toilet. They were professional, did the job very well and cost was reasonable. This was in 03-2010.

Bob and his son, Steve, have both done work for my husband and me. On this particular occasion, Steve came out and unplugged our toilet. The culprit: my son's action figure! Steve or Bob are usually able to come out the day you call. Their prices are reasonable and they are both friendly.

We had human waste backwash up into our basement. They are extremely responsive, clean and courteous. They pick up the phone directly and I don't get an answering machine. It's a family run business with the father manning the phone, and the three brothers do the work. They pick up everything that resulted from the mess.
