+ -1 moreMy recently-widowed elderly mother had been complaining that she needed someone to do miscellaneous yardwork, home repairs, window washing, etc. Brian came out right away, took a look at all the projects and gave her a great low hourly rate. Unfortunately, I think my mother wanted to complain more than she actually wanted the work done and when Brian showed up to do the work (when he SAID he would be there) she told him that she had changed her mind. She said she liked Brian a lot, but just changed her mind. I'm calling Brian for the next project I have at MY house.

+ 0 moreBrian did a nice job. I appreciated the he did research online to save me time and money in home restoration. I found him courteous and very honest.
Description of Work: Repaired and replaced siding on 91 year old home. This included milling custom siding to match existing clapboard. In addition, scraping and patching/filling work was performed, plus a few other odds and ends.

Description of Work: He knows how to do tons of things! We have hired him for a number of projects on our 100+ year old home. Tear out and removal of old plaster and lathe walls, installing and finishing drywall, painting, repair and finishing of cracked plaster walls, rewiring an old fan light to make it functional again, clean up of our attic after a messy re-roofing job, installing of insulation, tree trimming and other yard work, and head shot photo duplication and voice demo duplication.
