The were professional in their communicating as to what they would do. They were diligent in getting everything 'in it's place' as it were. When it was done, They took me on a 'tour' to show me the finished product. The only thing, and it is very minor, is several pieces of the old spike and ferrule were found in the bushes below. No big deal. So, yes, as it stands now, I would recommend them. All business.

They installed leaf guards and they work like a charm. I used to get water in my basement but since the guards were installed, no more water.
