He was no good. I had called them, my husband called them to come back and they didn't come back. So I called them and they refused to answer the phone. I said you know, I said goodness. My husband was really surprised. He said they were really nice and pleasant and everything. They said that there were a couple of things that they didn't think they were going to get the stains out of, so I went down with a wet cloth and I rubbed on the two spots that were really prominent, and they came out. So I said, yeah ok, they should have at least called back, or picked up the phone. They did a poor job in cleaning and did not respond to the phone calls that I made to them.
