Description of Work: Needed large dumpster for siding job

Description of Work: We used them twice for a 14 foot dumpster. They were very punctual and the first person who placed the dumpster did a great job. Our driveway is very narrow, and the land immediately off the edge of the driveway is our neighbors. The second driver was not so careful, had brought a larger truck, and embedded tire tracks into the neighbors hedge dirt. I called to complain and was able to make an arrangement that would make my neighbor happy. And when they came to pick up the next rolloff, they sent the original driver and a smaller truck. |If you have a narrow driveway or not much to work with make sure you are home when they arrive and watch what they are doing. Some drivers are more conscientious than others. Even though the location listed is not a "real office" (I drove there to find an empty building), I felt that I still got a great response to a difficult situation, and in the end we were very happy! |

Description of Work: Dumpster was delivered the same day that I called and was picked up as agreed. We were billed up-front, and felt that the price was indeed affordable. Would use again if needed.

Description of Work: I have utilized Affordable Roll-Off containers for the following "projects" where the weekly garbage removal wasn't enough:1) I rented a container for cleaning out a rental house and all the belongings left behind from tenant, carpet removal and construction debris from remodeling and fixing up rental; 2) I rented a container for cleaning out the garage, damaged roofing and shingles, old iron and wood post cleanup; and more recently 3) I rented a container for several weeks to be on site during the construction of a horse barn. The plastic and insulation, small boards, metal scraps, cardboard and other general construction debris all went into the container and Affordable Roll-Off was there to pick it up whenever it was full. This kept the property looking neat and tidy during the construction phase of the barn. When Affordable Roll-Off arrives with their truck, they position it so the container can simply roll off the back of the truck to the position you want the container. When they return to remove the container and take the debris to a landfill, they pull the container back up onto the truck and cover the load with a tarp so no debris can fly out while driving to the landfill. The landfill weighs the load before and after the container is emptied so the driver has the actual weight of the load for billing purposes. It is a transparent process and Affordable Roll-Off has been excellent to work with in billing and explaining the process of container rental.
