The initial work went ok. The company showed up as promised and did the work as listed. Unfortunately, in 2010, the rear gutter was sagging and the gutter guards were popping up and the rear gutter in particular was not working at all. The real problem came when we contacted the company. Despite many promises like "We'll be there by the end of the week" they never showed up. We often got their answering machine and numerous calls were never returned. Ultimately, we called a more reliable company and had new gutters installed. We were out our original $1135 and the warranty was not honored.
Description of Work: Cleaned all gutters and downspouts, reattached rear gutter, installed gutter guard with limited 10 year warranty. "No installed material will come down and down spouts will not clog up. No charge for service on warranty if needed till 8/9/2018."
