Provided information & completed installation of light fixture.

Job was done as expected. Excellent workmanship. They also handled communicating with the city for inspection. Job was done well.

We've had them out twice. We are very happy with them. We scheduled two appointments at 7 am and the same guy showed up both times and worked efficiently.

Electricians arrive on time and completed the work quickly. Quality was excellent, and price was reasonable. Would use again!

We walked through the basement and discussed what I would like to have done. He commented on the existing electrical wiring - not a positive comment which was discerning as this is a newly built home. Felt he was a little rushed and not really wanting to be out on a Saturday doing estimates. Anyway, he said he would email me the estimate within a couple days. We got the estimate on the following Monday and was totally in shock. The reason I had called him was because he was listing as a straight A provider on Angie's List and after reading the reviews seemed to be very reasonable with pricing. However, when it came to getting ours, I was not impressed with the cost! After all, we were only talking running wire for 3 to 4 outlets and he wants 733.01 dollars!!!!! We felt this was way out of line as well as several people we talked to about it. Therefore, we will not be getting services through A-!. The cost is way out of our budget.

I wanted to have a couple of new electrical circuits installed into my home office in the basement of my house. After reading the reviews here, I decided to contact A-1. They promptly replied and set up a time to do a walk through and to provide a quote. After receiving the quote, I decided to go ahead with the work. On the day of the appointment the electricians showed up at the appointed time. They were very professional, and cleaned up any messes that were created. The completed job looks very good, and will use them again for any future needs.

They were really good. I had a lot of things to have done. So I had a list and they were able to talk me through things. I will use them again.

They were excellent. They were very personable. They were prompt and my neighbors who hired them was very happy as well. They really did a great job. They took off their shoes when they came in the house and walked around in socks. They did what they needed to do and they did it quickly. They were two guys who came and they did a nice job. I would use them again.

I have not made a decision yet at this point in the process on the route I wil take but I now have the information from John that I need.

They were rated an A on Angie's List, I read the reviews and called them up to schedule and appointment. John came out, and walked the room with me, he wrote it down, and made a diagram, as to where they would put the outlets, and sent me a bid 3 days later. They were very nice, and very easy to talk to. They then came, they cleaned up, and they were very courteous when they were here.

I called John on Friday letting him know that I wanted to use him after he had given me the bid. He said he would have someone there at 7am on Tuesday, and they showed up right on time. The tech was efficient and got everything done much quicker than I had expected. Very pleased with the efficiency, honesty, punctuality, and technical expertise that John and his crew displayed.

They were able to fit me in very quickly, the gentleman who did the work was prompt, courteous and did a very good job quickly and with no mess. It was a minor job, but I appreciate their efficiency and quality.

Great, They were prompt and fixed everything within 40mins. Told me what was wrong and how he found it. They were a little bit more expensive for the 1st hour, but chose them because for the 2nd hour they only charge by 15min increments and a decreased amount - so if it would have taken longer it would have been more economical. (versus another provider who charges flat fee each hour.)

John, the owner, called me and reviewed an old estimate he had given me 10 months before. He stood by the estimate and honored the 10% Angies List coupon. John and one of his guys showed up on time and work took no more than a couple of hours. They installed the track and lights and showed me how to install additional track lights should I want to. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Used this company to replace a faulty main breaker in my service panel. Arrived on time, very knowable & friendly. Charlie did a great job!

The lights in my home had flickered since I bought it in 2010. I chalked it up to poor electrical service in my area, as the flickering coincided with the wind blowing. Recently the flickering turned into complete failure of half of the circuits, including the furnace. During a snowstorm with single-digit temps, of course! The owner talked me through some basic troubleshooting over the phone, and dispatched an electrician the next working day. He offered emergency service, but I was able to get the furnace working again until regular working hours. Rocky from A-1 arrived at my house exactly on time, at sunrise, and rapidly diagnosed and repaired a potentially dangerous electrical problem. I could not have been more pleased with his knowledge and helpfulness.

Charlie called the day after I called the A-1 office. He arrived within 30 minutes of his call and got to work. He was done in an hour and actually complemented me on the work I had done, which of course meant that he could complete the job quickly. Charlie was professional and courteous and I would have him work in my home again any time.

Great. Worked with me on best time to show up, arrived on time, did good work at a good price, even brought some stuff inside that I'd moved out of their way when it started dusting snow. Couldn't recommend more.

The owner came out to do the estimate and spent well over an hour reviewing in detail the work that needed to be done. Then he said I would get a quote via e-mall in a couple days. I had to call him after a few days for the quote which I approved and a date was set for the work to be done. The man who came to do the work came up with a completely different plan for the installation that reduced the hours needed to complete the work. He started the work that day, but was not able to finish because he did not have all the proper supplies to complete the job. He came back the next day with the owner and they spent about an hour making phone calls to find the part they needed to provide a dimmer for the lights. The put a dimmer in for the interim and said they would be back. Once again, I had to call the remind them that I needed the work completed. They came back and finished the job, however, we noticed that a couple string of lights that flickered from time to time. In a day or two the installer came back and fixed the problem, however, another portion started to flicker as well. The owner came by to collect on the bill when I mentioned the additional problem. He did fix the problem, but did have to call the installer to determine how the fix the problem. Finally all was completed and I paid him that day and he did honor the 10% discount offered through your web site. All in all, the quality of their work was great, but it just took too long and reminders to get it done.

We really liked their service. They sent out a guy quickly and he was very good and knowledgeable. Their price was very good and I would hire them again and recommend them in the future. He left our home and he told me the office would take care of sending the bill. He gave an estimate and the final cost was $5.00 less than what was quoted. I have moved to Virginia and I would fly them to do more work if I could.
