Description of Work: They do a great mow. They yard looks really nice. They are not responsive to calls or emails, so be prepared for that. Billing is done really randomly, so there might a bill for 2 or 5 mows that comes at a time. I was told earlier this spring that I would receive a landscape design, and I'm still waiting for that as well.

Description of Work: Paver patio bid We were current customers for our yearly lawn care and decided to get a bid for a patio off our rear deck, seeing A+ offered this service Ryan came out to bid, was on time and got the bid to us in a timely manner. The problem was the bid came in over $5800 for only 100 sq ft= $58 a sq ft. We were shocked, so we got three more bids with the highest being $2600, mind you the labor only part of A+ bill was over $2600 alone! We chose another local company for our patio and paid only $1900. Just want to remind everyone to get multiple bids, just because your a long time customer doesn't seem to matter to A+

In response to the above posting……A+ Lawn and Landscape is a professional and certified lawn and landscape company. All of our employees are trained and skilled in each of their respective positions. Price is only a small factor within the overall ideals of our company. We understand that we may not be the cheapest bid in town, nor are we trying to be. Our philosophy is that you get what you pay for. We use only the highest quality hard goods and products which are installed by our full-time, trained professionals. This bid was not for just a paver patio, there was also a small retaining wall that needed to be installed in order to construct the patio to the homeowner’s requests. We certainly encourage all of our potential and existing customers to get multiple bids and we also will match our competitor’s bids on products or materials as long as they are “apples to apples”. The bottom line is that a job should come down to more than just price. You should take into consideration that A+ Lawn & Landscape is a locally owned and operated company for over 27 years, our designers and foreman are skilled / trained / certified professionals in each of their respective positions, and our products / materials / workmanship are of the highest quality and we will always stand behind everything we do until our customers are completely satisfied.
