+ -1 moreTech arrived on time. Was kind and considerate. He diagnosed the problem and informed us about the issue. Said he would have to go look for the part. Came back soon with the correct part, replaced it and checked to make sure the furnace was up and running.
Description of Work: Technician diagnosed and fixed furnace, replaced a board that controlled the furnace. Gave us options and told us details about the situation so we could make an informed decision. Whether to fix or replace the furnace. Told us about rebates on replacing and best time to get the best price. We opted to fix the furnace rather than replace simply because of cost.
