Description of Work: We had water overflow in our basement from a failed ejector pump. The floors and carpeting were wet, and the space started smelling damp within a day. We called TGI Clean Air for an Air Purifier.

Description of Work: We had four dogs, and the house was beginning to smell. So we called Brigitte to rent one of her air purification units. She suggested we rent the unit for a week before committing to a purchase to see if it worked.

Description of Work: I have done business with Brigitte and TGI Clean Air several times over the last 4-5 years and in addition have recommended her and her products/services many times. The first time, I needed help with my home. I had three dogs at the time and although we kept our house clean, it still had that doggy smell. After analyzing the size of my home, number of rooms, my issues, etc., Brigitte made a recommendation for an air purifier that would solve my problem. Although the recommended product was fairly pricey, I knew that I needed much more than an air "freshener". My home has been fresh and clean smelling ever since. In fact, I often hear from guests that they never would have guessed that we have large dogs as my home is odor free. Just recently I had my original unit revamped (wording??) and it continues to run as good as new. I then more recently bought a unit from Brigitte for our second home in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. As we are not there for extended periods of time, it tends to smell musty when we arrive after weeks and sometimes months of being closed up. Before I could get the unit to MIchigan, I had a problem in our new office facility in Wheeling. Each day I would get stuffed up and begin sneezing after arriving at the office. Paul opened the unit meant for Michigan, set it up and within hours the entire office had a different and clean smell to it. And my stuffiness and sneezing left and has never come back. Needless to say, I bought another unit for MIchigan last month. And our second home is fresh and odor free when we arrive. Brigitte is nice, professional, knowledgeable, etc. - I just can't say enough good things about her. And the products that she works with are top quality. She also knows how to take good care of customers! If you are looking for a cheap way to solve your problems, TGO Clean Air is not for you. If you are looking for a real solution and good value, I recommend Brigitte and TGI Clean Air!
