Dale at Casper's provided us with great ideas and had a trane furnace installed.

They forgot to put the trap in the shower drain. It took about a year to make this discovery since shower was only used for occasional guests. I called Casper Plumbing and asked them to come to take a look and examine the shower. They claimed that there was no way they could have forgotten to put trap in. And they said that they would charge me for the visit. I went to another plumber to have the work done properly. I had to spend over $200 to put in the shower trap.

The sewer backed up with a house full of quests for Christmas. I called in the morning and they arrived a couple hours later and resolved the problem in less than an hour. I also had them install a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater in 2009. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very prompt, very nice, excellent and I give them an A plus rating.

It cost me less than $100 and it was a good deal. They were friendly and knowledgeable, very good, and quick. I would definitely use them again.

He did a good job and I had no problems with him. I would recommend him to anyone. His price was reasonable. The guy they sent out did an efficient job of putting it back in place and I think he did have a lot of education. I had to do it and he did it right with no problem. Price wise it didn't bother me as I didn't think I was stolen but I didn't expect one.
