They replace the patio sliding door and I felt that they gave me a good price, good quality of service and the installer was very knowledgeable.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and responsible. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Reasonably priced and a good product. Plan on hiring to do the rest of my windows!

We had 9 new vinyl windows installed to replace the 1941 windows that were original to the house. They make such a difference in our home. They look amazing and are really keeping the house well insulated. You can't see through the remaining 1941 windows in the morning because they're covered in frost. The new windows don't have any frost and you can see outside perfectly. They're beautiful on the outside and the inside. The install was finished in one day and there was absolutely no mess left anywhere! Please note these are not the $189/installed advertised windows. That is not an option in Moline, Illinois per their city or county regulations. These are the double pane windows that are insulated with low e gas in between. And we opted for the $70/window wrapping/capping on the outside. This came to $378/window installed. But it's still much less than the other 2 quotes we received and we're very happy. We're planning on doing the remaining windows soon. Plus they give you the same window price if you're installing 1 window or 20 windows. They're open with their prices and it's up to you to decide if you want to add additional features.

The guys were excellent and very professional. They knew what to do and were able to complete the whole job in 3/4 of a day. The windows and the siding look great!

Window world was great. However, they subcontracted the siding crew because their (Window Worlds) crew was working on other houses and they weren't able to get to our house in a timely manner. The Subcontracted crew did a horrible job! I would never use the subcontracted crew. They were very dirty. (Threw their lunch wrappers on our lawn and left them their until the job was done which was a couple weeks.) They were not going to come and finish all the screw-ups that they did. The only reason they came back to our house was because they weren't going to get paid by Window World until they did. Our Windows look great and the process went very smoothly! If you want a great person working on your house I would ask for LANE. Him and his crew did a great job and were very neat and polite. He was the main reason our Siding got done correctly because he called his boss and told him to hold their check. Our overall experience with Window World was very good. Again the only bad things we have to say are about the subcontracted siding crew.

The $189 window is not a $189 window. Not that I'm not happy with what I received, because I am, but I do feel that their marketing is misleading. I purchased their lowest grade window and by the time they added this amount for doing this (which is necessary to install a window), and this amount for that (which is necessary to tear out an old window), I ended up paying $791 for 2 windows. Other than that, like I said, I'm very happy with the windows. The salesman obviously did his job by selling me the product, then another gentleman came and remeasured for accuracy before the windows were actually ordered. A few weeks later we scheduled the installation. The same guy who measured came and installed the windows by himself. Nice guy, he did a good job, cleaned his mess up, explained everything to me, etc. Overall I'm happy with the whole experience with the exception of feeling mislead by their advertising.

The glass seal in the original window was broken when we moved into the house 3 years ago and was deteriorating badly. We went to the showroom and scheduled a time to have a quote done. The gentleman who came out to give us a quote was the same one who did the install. The window was ordered and came in about 31/2 weeks later. The install was very professional and there was no mess to clean up afterwards.

Rudy and his crew for Window world was very courteous and efficient. We will use them again as well as recommend them to everyone.

They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

Overall is great service without any sort of hassle. We will use Window World again as well as recommend their services to others.
