I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR FENCE INSTALL they started installing fence before purchasing the orange permit so cops were called and it was halted, they then purchased the actual legal permit days later. They went off a generic email that was not an official legal document at first. Lowes & this installer had WRONG FENCE CODES had me believing I was being discriminated against but they had the wrong codes the whole time. They left a mess in my drive for EIGHT MONTHS that I had to clean up BY MYSELF (heavy material) and refused to reimburse anything for the half of a fence they erected even though I was left with a half erected fence that was never enclosed, pretty much unusable as a result of carelessness. I was never offered any reimbursement or discount on the part erected even though I would had never purchased any of it had the permit been looked into 2 1/2 months prior (MAY 14, 2020) by the fence installer LIKE I WAS PROMISED on May 14, 2020 2pm by the owner of the guys fence company. I was put into a predicament July 24, 2020 when I found out they hadn't looked into the permit until July 22, 2020 up to that point i believed the fence was approved going off the promise it would be looked into within 1 week from May 14, 2020. This carelessness by not doing as promised caused me substantial stress and a fence uncompleted. Horrible situation I wish on no one.

They installed my neighbor’s Wooden fence. I noticed they were putting the pickets on the wrong side of the fence. I tried talking to the workers about it but they refused to stop and or fix their mistake. After they finished the boss showed up and came over to talk to me. He apologized for the mistake and asked if he could just put pickets on my side to fix the problem instead of removing the ones they had installed. I said that was fine . I have been trying to contact him for over 5 months to get him to fix his mistake and I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls. Very unprofessional both with the installers not knowing the proper way to install a fence and for the boss to make a promise to fix their mistake and refuse to hold up that promise or return numerous calls

Pros: -They were very good about getting right back to me for an estimate and fitting me into their schedule for installation. -Fence was installed in 1 business day and the finished product turned out well. -Company Owners were friendly Cons: -Workers seemed to get disgusted with me near the end of the job when I had to leave for an appointment and wouldn't leave my garage door open for them to plug in a tool. (They had previously told me they would be done 2hrs before I had to leave!) -Work site was not cleaned thoroughly...I have a bag full of large scrap metal pieces from trimming poles and ties. I have dogs and they could have been seriously hurt on these scraps. When I called to inform the company of my findings their response was and quot;Well we try our best to clean upand quot;. This would have been an acceptable excuse if these pieces had not been so big or out in the open when I found them. -If you happen to use a credit card for payment they WILL charge you at least a 3.5% fee for running to card. -I still have not received a receipt for the completed project.

From meeting Georgia for the estimate before I closed on the new house to getting it installed within a week of calling to say I was ready it was a great experience. They did 99% of the project in one day other than having to come back the next day to add a couple additional slats on the decorative fence. It looks great and I have told others about their work. I had them install a wood fence on a rental house last year and they were just at good then.
