 + -1 moreI'm tired of the lack of customer service any more. If the people who own this business are too busy, etc. they could have given me the courtesy to call and let me know that so that I could move on.
Description of Work: I called and left a message with a brief description of services needed. Never received a call back.

 + -1 moreThey came in, smoked in, and did a marvelous job. I had a party the next day and it was just amazing. They dusted, moped, and rearranged furniture. One guy just seemed to have a really freaked sense of slow when we are entertaining a lot of people. We rearranged the living room, family room, and she setup the deck. It really was just comprehensive. They were so thorough. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreWe've used this service for over a year, they started out great. Cleaned everything they quoted, paid attention to detail (inside micro, towel racks, all exposed surfaces...). The last six months, the cleaning has really deteriorated. Obvious things were missed - blankets left on floor, beds not made, cobwebs on light fixtures... and although they are responsive and willing to improve, they just keep getting worse. I am very disappointed as it is clear their cleaning standards have changed. I will not use them or refer them again.
