Description of Work: The came out to get a bid on windows, siding and gutters. We were very impressed with Suburban, as far as the quality of work we will know in 6 weeks ( have to wait for window order). We got bids from 4 other local companies and I would refer Suburban.

Description of Work: I originally asked for a quote on replacing my vinyl siding. They told me most of my siding was in good condition and they could replace a few pieces that were not. I also had them replace gutters, add gutter caps,replace some windows and doors.

Description of Work: We had a sliding glass door and three basement hopper windows replaced. They were all done in one day, very professional and clean. They'll go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. And if there's any additional service you need that they don't do, they will refer you to another equally reputable company. Every experience we have had with Suburban has been great, and when we are ready to have additional work done on our house, calling this company is a total no-brainer! A+++++

Description of Work: The installers came to the house and explained what they were going to do to replace our old windows with the new ones. They worked very quickly and efficiently to complete the job within approximately two hours. The installers were very professional and courteous in their work. They cleaned up their mess inside and out to our satisfaction leaving nothing behind for us to clean up. Before leaving they explained out the windows operate and how to clean them when we needed. A follow up call came the next day from the owner asking if we had any complaints about how and when the work was done. We are extremely pleased with the company and their representatives.

+ 0 moreThey are not your typical, little thin, typical ones. Our utilities have dropped very noticeably. Price range, they're right in the middle. They're not high, they're not low. You can pick your cheaper stuff. You can pick your more expensive stuff. They have special glass that keeps rays out. The glass on my bay doors and sliding windows, you don't even have to wash them. Just spray them with a hose on the outside, no streaks, no nothing. It's really neat glass. They are great. They are excellent. They are about half the price of Pella windows I would use them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: Suburban Construction Incorporated specializes in windows, siding, and doors. They did the doors, windows in the entire house, including a large bay window, and heavy duty, very well, insulated sliding doors. They came out 2 years ago in September.

+ 0 moreI am gradually updating the exterior of my home. They were happy to provide me with estimates for each separate element of the work. This was the first step. I am very happy with the outcome. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, got the job done in 2 days, and cleaned up after themselves completely. The new soffits look fantastic. I could not be more pleased. I will be using Suburban soon to install replacement windows, and I can't wait!
Description of Work: I needed the old wooden soffits replaced on the house. Suburban replaced them with aluminum.

+ 1 moreI got 3 estimates before deciding to go with Suburban Construction. They were not the cheapest - but they impressed me as being prompt and professional. In the end I am glad I chose this company, and would use them again. Brian (sales rep) explained the advantages of his products (energy efficiency) and seemed very knowledgeable. The guy who did the installation did a super job. My old patio door was drafty and misaligned. It is so nice to have a solid, tight fitting door. And this company stands behind its work.
Description of Work: Sliding glass door replaced. Old door was removed - new one installed. Wood trim was installed inside and vinyl trim & caulking outside.

+ 0 moreTOP NOTCH! Absolutely no problems from the first phone call to the last walk through. Professional and well established business. The laborers were professional and very concerned for my surrounding gardens and lawn. The salesman was not agressive and did not try to upsell. No messes left even at the end of the shift. They were very concerned about everything being not only to my untrained eyes' satifaction, but to their professional level. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Suburban Construction to anyone. They are in business for the long haul and stand behind every inch of the work they did. They were very courteous to my elderly mother; they even called me at work before they rang the doorbell to work on the windows to make certain she would be comfortable with them in the house! I have had quite a bit of construction done this past couple years and Suburban is hands down the best experience I've had to date! My house is not large - built in the 50's. But the windows were all special order. They are PERFECT. They have a wonderful show room where you can look over the available options. They did what they said when they said they'd do it. 100% satisfied and worth every penny!
