Description of Work: I needed a pest inspection for my refi, so I got Spann's from Angies list. Spann was already marked w/an A so I chose them. Not only did Tony(the owner) answer the phone but he also did the inspection. On the phone he was very professional and when I told him what I needed he said he could do in a day or so, so we set up a date and time. Tony was more then punctional he was a few minutes early. He took his shoes off before coming in and we discussed what exactly I needed and where he needed to go. He was very efficient at the job he had to do and he went about it in a very professional manner. His price and availability was right where I needed it to be. I not only would highly recommend Spann's Pest Control but I will use him again if I ever have a pest problem I need to get rid of.

 + -1 moreWe have used this company for several years and it has been nothing but excellent service. Tony, the owner, is always the one who comes to do the service each month. He knows our problem areas and is very knowledgable. He is more than willing to work around a clients schedule which is beneficial. Also he has not raised his pricing in a long time, even with the raising costs of fuel. We highly recommend this company for whoever wants a quality job done each month.
