Very well. Sear Purchase agreement is the best. The will check your appliance once a year as part of the agreement, which is included in the cost. The agreement is very reasonably priced when purchased at the time of the appliance purchase and is better than the manufacturer's warranty in some cases.

It went well. However, I asked them to bring two new tires to install but he service man said he did not get that message even though I scheduled it two weeks in advance.

How do you think it went? Never again would I ever shop at sears.

Service was done well and promptly.

The repair person was very skilled, he was great, scheduling itself not so great it took two appointments because he did not have the proper parts with him so he had to temporarily fix it and then come back in and do the rest on the next visit.

It worked out good. Price was good. It was excellent.

It was awful. It was approximately three months later that it was finally repaired. The good part was, I believe their service technicians knew what they were doing. The bad part was, they just didn't come often enough, shipped the wrong parts several times. The actual service was not good. The technicians were okay, but the service was just terrible. It was just a lack of urgency basically for an appliance like a refrigerator. If it was your dishwasher, I can see, you've got a sink you can do that, a stove, you've a microwave or a hot plate or whatever, but a refrigerator is not something that you can live without for very long. It was actually a warranty deal on the sealed portion of the refrigerator. I did not have to pay anything. The receipts that they did give me, of what it would have cost, we would have bought a new refrigerator. So it was high priced. They were on time when they said they would be. The technicians were professional, but the service that you call to actually get the technician out wasn't pleasant either.
