We're in the process with them right now and so far, so good. We've been working with them on some major remodeling here for about a month now. They've been helping us with design ideas and things like that. They were very interested in our business. They did a lot to court us and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. They seem like a pretty top notch firm.

They are the best, most creative contracting company you can image, The lead guy is an artist by profession, and he basically creates a painting inside your home. Most highly recommended. They are the most unique design company I've dealt with. I'd give them higher than an "A" if possible.

They did a very nice job. Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was always there early and worked all day. He was also very responsive and tried to accommodate all our requests. I found Redbox design to be very professional and easy to work with. Additionally, they kept the mess while working as contained as possible and cleaned up well when the job was complete.

Did a very nice job and came up with good concepts. When second bathroom had a plumbing problem, they figured out how to fix it at 1/4 the cost of others.

We had a few problems that would be normal on this type of project. All problems were handled with expertise, quickly, and completely. The job they did was better than what I had hoped to have done. Their installers were wonderful to work with. They even went over and above to make sure the work area was clean each time they left for the day.

When they started the demo it was discovered that our shower tile surround was set in an inch of concrete! Of course this made the demo a nightmare for Red Box, but no complaints were heard! They just dug in and got the job and all the mess cleared out. They assisted in all phases of the design and were very flexible when we decided to change up the hardware. The entire project was smooth and the end product is beautiful. We went from having an extremely outdated guest bath to one that will stand the test of time. We couldn't be happier with the process and of course the end product. We will call Red Box for all of our future remodeling.

Red box is very honest and hard working. They treat the room like it was their own. They are skilled and artistic.

Dean fixed another contractor's mistakes with the walls in our bathroom, installed the shower, vanity ensemble, and he finished our floor and laid down the tiles that we bought.

Just starting project, so far price is reasonable, responsiveness is great and work has just started. So far, they have been on time and communicating daily on what to expect. Very please so far - will post more when work is completed along with pictures. Work was completed in time for family get together, even though we added a few extra items to the plan. Price increased due to extras, would caution everyone to keep close track of extras or pay as you go for extras but this was my fault in making changes. The end result was awesome, I have a great kitchen, not only functional but great storage and beautiful. We had a deck added off of the new sliding doors to backyard, customized to fit around hot tub - very nice. The half bath was enlarged and looks great too. Team was very clean, at end of everyday, tools, equipment were picked up and work area cleaned. We have had them come out for another small job and now that we have their number, all of our work in the future will be done by them. Can't say enough nice things about this company. Tried to post pictures from IPAD, but could not get it to work. WIll try to add pictures later.

The service turned out fine. They did great work. They have done work for me over the last three years. I am a repeat customer and I will use them in the future.

Took a couple of days longer than expected. So had one week without hot water. But Redbox did a good job of working overtime and getting the job done, and communicating to make sure I was in the loop on how the work was progressing.

They did some tile work in our kitchen. They helped us install a backsplash. We did the prep work. They then came in and laid the tile. It was a small job. They returned our phone call promptly. They arrived the same day for an estimate. They were very polite. They were friendly. They were very forward with us in regards to saving us money for this type of job. I wasn't happy with the end result as much as I was with the company. I am very particular, and felt the tiles didn't line up as straight as they could have. I would ask for one of the owners to come out next time. The employee that was sent was fairly new.

Red Box remodeled our main bathroom, and repaired and reinstalled a shower in a 3rd bathroom. We called them at the last minute. We were desperate, getting ready to move out of state for work and needed to list our house. Everyone in our area was booked or wanted many extra dollars to do the work on short notice. At the urging of a friend, I contacted Dean (the owner). He came out the next day, gave us the most reasonable estimate we'd received throughout the process, and promised to start that following Monday (in just TWO days). They arrived on time each day, they cleaned up all the mess, disposed of all waste, were polite and easy to get along with, were considerate of our neighbors and our pets, AND finished one day earlier than promised. The work was top notch, the rooms looked great, and they didn't overcharge or try to charge us extra at any point. I will forever be greatful to Dean and his employees and would happily recommend them to anyone!
