These guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!! They helped me out in a pinch when our previous contractor flaked out on us. The team members are not only professional, they are personable. Their attention to detail is even better than mine...and that's saying a lot!

I called RA Lank Construction to get an estimate on replacing a door in our home. It was around 12:00 noon on a Tuesday. No one answered, so I left a voicemail to have my call returned. The next day, the company owner returned my call and we set up an appointment for a date and time that worked for my husband's schedule. The owner was courteous and professional. He was willing to meet later in the evening so as to accommodate my husband's tight schedule. I asked him what brands of doors he normally goes with, and he named a couple, then said that during the estimate he would go over all the options and different levels of pricing depending on what we were looking for. We are now awaiting our appointment. We will see how the estimate goes compared to the other companies we've contacted...

The work was completed in less than a week. My questions were answered quickly and the work is very high quality. I have every confidence that our new deck will last a very long time.

They were not the cheapest bid that I received, but we shopped around quite a bit and I liked dealing with Bob. He seemed like a straight shooter and he was very honest about the bid. I also liked that the company put their job profit on their invoice as a line item. That way, I could see where all the money I was spending went! The job took a week longer than originally planned, but the quality of the work was impeccable. Bob, the owner, was involved in every aspect of the job from start to finish and even performed a lot of the work himself. I liked that he always knew exactly what was going on and that he was very involved; it felt like he was personally ensuring the quality of the work. After this experience, I don't think I will ever use a large construction company again. I got AMAZING service from these guys! I was so pleased that I have them do my snow removal every winter now!
