Description of Work: rented an apartment to the owner of the company's daughter, who also works for company.......oh my god what a pig, and with two little girls......when she was evicted we had to get a dumpster.....she could have used the company she worked for to clean up after her, but, as it looked I wouldnt want anyone I was suppose to be working "with" to see either. I still have pictures and nightmares.....I guess it isnt a review on the acual people who work for them...but if the owners daughter has such a low living world ......oh my God, her daughters are sentenced

Description of Work: I called to get a quote and they are in my area. Davenport is like 30 minutes from Clinton and they do not come to Clinton. That is really messed up.

Description of Work: I have had such a wonderful experience with this company. We have utilized many of the services that they provide: house cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning. These people are amazing and a real delight to work with. I can not understand anyone that would not love the quality work that they do. They were very courteous when I have called, always arrive on time and explain (in detail) what they will be doing. They are a very popular company in our area and I sure see why.The only "complaint" that we would have is that they are very busy and can not always perform the services the next day....busy and much in demand. But they always will do whatever they can to get us on their schedule. They are a real value for the money and well worth the wait. Thank to all.

+ -1 moreThis has been one of the most unpleasant businesses I have ever had to deal with. It took three weeks to get someone out to clean my house. Calls were not returned, calls were not made when promised, and the woman answering the phone is very cold and snippy. My family paid good money to provide me with cleaning service with this company after I had abdominal surgery. The woman who actually cleaned my house did an excellent job, but I was not in need of the service at that point in my recovery. Now, I really need help and am told that gift certificates bought from this business are only good for 6 months. After that, they keep the money and refuse to provide the service that was paid for. Now, the business is even lying and claiming that they cleaned my house twice. They did not. It was cleaned only once. This business is unprofessional and unethical.

Description of Work: I have used this company before and loved their work. I have used them for carpet cleaning, housecleaning, window washing, business cleaning, floor scrub/wax and ceramic tile cleaning. They are not inexpensive, but you certainly get your money's worth with them. Everyone is terrific to work with. Great quality work. Highly recommend!!

+ 0 moresee above. can not say enough great things about this comapny. we are going to use them for our house cleaning on a regular/scheduled basis. love them. soooooo much better than other companies that we have used in the past.
Description of Work: this company was incredible. they had such attention to detail. the cleaning was so very thorough and the carpet cleaning was amazing. the carpets were not soggy...dry right away...stains all gone (and did not return-as before). personnel was clean cut, courteous and right on time. communication was great. highly recommend. we will be scheduling with them for monthly home cleaning services. very reasonable rates- worth so much more than what we were charged.
