Description of Work: Needed one of our spare bedrooms painted so we got a few estimates. Perez Painting was the lowest bid by far. They arrived at the time they said they would and went right to work. FRIENDLY and efficient. Room was painted (2 coats) in no time and they did an excellent job! We will use them in the future to paint our other rooms. Highly recommended.
