The product is excellent, while the local retailer is up-and-down. On the first occasion, the work took an extremely long time, and the workmanship on the installation was sub-par, especially on the framing. On the second occasion, the work took extremely long again, but the workmanship was fantastic. The representative I worked with was very cordial and polite, but was not very good at getting back to us. When the District Manager (who drove 90 miles to our house) finally got involved, we got the end result exactly where we wanted it. We need our patio door replaced, and I’m on the fence about whether to use them or not. Again, the product is great, but the service is dependent on the representative you work with. Pella is definitely expensive, and it’s difficult to say if the craftsmanship is worth it because I don’t know what kind of work their competitors do. I’d give this local retailer a B- overall.

It went very good! We’ve used them three different times over the last four years, and we would use them again if needed, as well as recommend them to others. I’d give them a B+. We had a few issues with the subcontractors on the 2nd round because someone had mismeasured. However, they corrected it so the end result worked out. Pella did everything they could to assist and they’re not using that subcontractor anymore. We’ve very happy and the product is excellent. Their price is competitive.

He never provided estimate for replacing windows, so I moved on to another provider.

They provided good windows that open easily and did a good job with the installation.

The work turned our great. I would recommend them any day. The installers could not have been kinder or more informative. They even attempted to see what was wrong with the Jeld-wen door that was not working properly.

Their customer service is very responsive. There was a manufacturing error with six of the windows, but they came out to correct the problem. The service person who came out was able to correct the error by himself.

The work turned out very well. They have very good windows, and we have noticed that we have less heat loss. It is also a good sound barrier. We are happy with them.
