+ -1 moreI called them Overhead doors for 2 garage doors and they didn't even return my calls.I called someone else and they call me right back and came right over. If Overhead doors of the Quad Cities don't have time for me then I don't need them. That left a bad taste in my mouth.
Description of Work: I call to get an estimate on 2 residential garage doors. The woman who answered the phone told me that the salesman was out but that he would call me soon. He never bothered to call at all. I went someone else who called me back with in 20 minutes and I gave them my business. They could at least called me back. So they can take their doors and keepum.

Description of Work: I have given this company lots of business over the years but I am very disappointed by the service received in the past year. I had my garage door opener replaced by them and that is when the problems started. Two months later I had to replace the spring, which they did in November 2010. In January 2011 the door would not go down due to spring not set right. They kept making promises about coming to fix but after not meeting 2 services calls, I ended up getting another repair person to fix the door. He told me at the time, the spring is not correct for this door and I would have problems in five/six months. Low and behold, he was right. I am now having him replacing the spring as I do not trust Overhead Door. They missed service calls and installed a sub quality product that they will not back.
