This company does not provide the service it advertises. The first treatment is to be applied as pre-emerge for crabgrass in the spring. As that window was closing, I called to find out when they would treat my lawn and was told that I was "on the schedule and he would be out". To look at my lawn now would conclude it was not applied in time since I have crabgrass worse than I ever have had it. In August, I was told a post emerge was applied to take care of the crabgrass that was growing. Not only did it not take care of the crabgrass, it is thriving to the point where in several places there's more crabgrass than other grass. Their literature promises a retreatment within 72hours of calling. So I called- over 4 weeks ago and still no retreatment. I called again and was again told I was "on the schedule". It must be a pretty lengthy schedule to have to wait over 4 weeks. Before the crabgrass appeared, I paid extra for grub control to be applied, which they said they did, but considering the effectiveness of their pre-emerge and post emerge crabgrass control, I'm expecting a crop of grubs next year. They were so bad in my yard that moles are burrowing in several places and while I don't blames Naturescape for they moles, they offered no suggestions on how to deal with them. I commissioned a lawn service so I wouldn't have to worry about the lawn. My yard has never looked so bad. This was a huge waste of money. I will never use their service again.

I paid $88 for 1 acre. It's very reasonable. They just took very good care of me. If I have an issue, I call and we got them here over. I've been with them for 4 or 5 years.

I hired this company for lawn fertilization services for the entire year.  The company offered special pricing if the customer signed up for a years worth of services.  It seemed like a good deal but I was very wrong.  On most occasions that a "lawn tech" would arrive to treat my lawn they would NOT cover the entire lawn with fertilizer. They would only make two passes on the front and two passes in the back, meaning that my whole lawn was not treated.  I would end up with several patches of lawn with uncontrollable weeds and brown spots in the front and back yard.  I discovered that NatureScape hires young people as their "lawn technicians"  to do the service calls.  These "kids" do NOT know much of anything about treating lawns the proper way and when they drive out to do "service calls" they are told to treat as many lawns as quickly as possible -- especially in certain neighborhoods.  This means that their quality of service is poor.   So this is definitely an example of you get what you pay for!!
