Their WaterGuard system really works. MidAmerica installed it in another part of the basement in April 2014 and there has been no water on the floor even after several heavy rains - dry as a bone!

Team was on time, friendly, and laid down protection on floors leading to basement. Cleaned up areas to my satisfaction and efficiently completed project in a reasonable time.

The young man who did the estimate did a great job of explaining their system and the cost where by he took his time and answered my questions. The installers were on time. When the installer worked they cleaned out all of the concert as they worked, the entire area was so clean, I could not believe it, I was expecting a real mess. The wall area guard was installed perfectly. They duged ten feet out from the house for the ice guard and I had a hard time seeing where they dug it was just neat and perfect. I offered they could use my horse dumper to put the waste but they informed me they would take it with them. This is the first time a contracted did this at my place. The head installer took his time to explain the system once it was installed. I did not feel like they were rushing me. Once the stump pump was installed the area was so clean and perfect. They did not take days to do the job. They came at 9:45 am and left around 2:00 pm. I am very pleased I found MidAmerican Basement Systems. I should tell you I saw their truck when I was at a local store and I asked driver for their card. The rest is history. When you call the Office they are very nice and helpful. You can ask them any question regarding your system and payment. I paid my bill days before the work was done. I usually do not take but I trusted them. Very pleased with their work. Uylaine

It went very well. Estimated install was Nov 18-20, but the installers were able to finish in two days. They were very friendly and courteous service.

Due to wet ground there was some lawn damage done. Without asking,however, they did deduct for this damage. They have put in systems in three of our homes and we have been satisfied thus far. Have not done cost comparisons so cannot comment on their prices.

They arrived on time. They used an alternate way to the basement to avoid making a mess. They finished quickly and performed a walk around when the job was finished.

Peter and his crew were 15 min. early and immediatly went to work.

MidAmerica Basement Systems was prompt and courteous. They were quite a bit more than another highly recommended company but I like that they do more than waterproofing, and I plan to install Egress windows in the future in the basement and possibly their flooring system and wall system, so I thought using the same company for everything made sense. I have no complaints and would recommend them to others. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. The basement floor is going to need a good scrubbing but....it needed that before they came so no worries.

Our experience with Mid America Basement system installation was an outstanding one. Our salesman, Ryan, explained everything in great detail, answered our questions and concerns with great knowledge. Ryan never pressured us in any of our decision making about the system. Mike was the foreman on the project. Mike and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done to perfection. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, courteous,hard-working,careful, and clean. Manged to replace a wall they first thought they could not do. There is a little bit of space between the floor and molding - could be better fit on wall.

They are very responsive each year. It is taking a long time to complete but, they told me that in the beginning and I no longer am afraid my walls will cave in.

This was warranty work that was discovered needed during an annual adjustment. The tech pointed out the issue and how the correction would be applied, then had the office set up an appointment to do the correction. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, cleaned up when the job was done, and left everything in good shape. A great experience!

The only problem I've had with it since then was when the sump pump in 2012 began to fail. I had them replace it with a next size bigger. Don't remember the actual cost, seems like it was a couple hundred bucks. I would use them again.

They were supposed to come Thursday and Friday, then changed it Wednesday afternoon to just Friday with 2 installers. But only 1 showed up on Friday and he wasn't able to complete the job in one day... He left the old windows and scraps randomly.

Straighten walls and sealed wall cracks to keep out the water. Warranty 20 years. It was latter in the spring when we started getting rain and water into the basement. I called them because it leaked and the response was to deny warranty because the water was coming under the walls. So they sent another salesman and told me it would cost another $7000 to actually fix the basement to keep the water out. My understanding was according to this new salesman the first salesman sold us the wrong package and to fix it I needed to spend this extra $7000 to fix it. Seemed to be a bait and switch type of situation. I told the salesman to pack his computer and leave my property because I refuse to spend another $7000 to fix this problem. Company has never shown any interest in making it right.

Trenched the basement and installed new sump. New window well and cover.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all of the men on the job. I did not feel pressured after having them come out and tell me what my problem was and what it would take to fix it. I had called other De-watering companies and was not satisfied with there answers and explanations and at least one was honest enough to tell me up front that what they could offer would fix my problem. All in all I am very satisfied with the work, I have not had any water problems since, and they return twice a year (spring & fall) to service their product. The job was scheduled to take 4-5 days, but they had it done in 2-3 days. They cleaned up after themselves, came in and done the work like clock work. They all knew what their job was and they did it. Even my neighbors were impressed! At first I felt it was a little pricey but in the end it is worth it!

They were on time for the appointment. They did everything they said they were going to do. The work they did was successful and they stopped the leak and water from coming. They were professional, personable, polite, and courteous. There were 3-4 crew members and they did in the time frame they said they would.
