Service called and said he would be 30 minutes late. Nice guy! Did not do a lot of things, but what he did was thorough.

Every service has been on time with a call morning of for reminder. Services were all completed to our expectations every time. We appreciate their arrival inspections & clearing of systems & they have installed.

On time, and done very efficiently. Answered all questions, and left premises in order and clean.

3 guys were here 7am - 5pm for a week drill out the cement floor and taking out the debris in 5 gal bucket then re-cementing. They were friendly and hard working and punctual.

Mike (the rep) was on time very knowledgeable about products patient an? all my questions. I am on Medicare & I called the president of the co because I needed the basement done, but could not afford the price - he got bock to me & said her would do it at my price.

Service man arrived on time, performed service and called to inform me on the details. I called office to pay.

We always had water come into our basement after hard rain. We contacted Basement Systems. They are very good and solved our problem.

No real problems. Company line obviously requires a push for extra services.

Gary tried to follow GPS but GPS can't figure out how to navigate dead-ends & mud roads. Never the less, he arrived in timely fashion and re-sealed a leak. Next 2 or 3 rains will be the real test.

We have only talked to this provider on the telephone. Rigid in when they could come and who has to be there to do estimate. My daughter and her husband are moving here and have bought a home, with their rigidity that a homeowner must be present, not on the phone while someone else lets them in, my son in law bought a plane ticket to be here for them to look at basement. they called and canceled that appointment and said they could not reschedule while he was here. Very unfriendly and totally unconcerned about anything but their own convenience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

room. This work went very well. The 2 installers were running late, partly due to the recent rains. They worked late to finish the project and did what appears to be a great job (will know more on that after the next heavy rain). It didn't take them long at all to saw through the wall, and place a frame around the opening. The window greatly lightens up the room. And for those who might be wondering, yes this is the same wall the salesman wanted us to replace, as listed in other review,.

First words out of sales man's mouth was the back corner of basement was most likely broken away. Stated that the wall needed to be dug up, pinned and removed. When we pointed out that the cracks were 1/32 wide and were not leaking, he just told us they would be. The second vendor did not have a problem with it and did not understand what the first guy was talking about. FYI. The water that caused us to remove the finished wall was caused by a service entrance that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Midamerica could have repaired the opening simply by removing an inch of silicone caulk around the water main and injecting closed cell foam. $39.00 tube of closed cell foam stopped the water. Much better than the thousands of dollars Midamerica wanted to fix it.

The crew was professional. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. Left the basement clean when they were done. My basement walls look great.

The 3 man crew was very professional and really know their craft. Cleaned up beautifully and finished in 2 hours on the job. No complaints.

The technician was on time, courteous, professional and did the job well.

The technician came and started checking the sump pump took it apart and found the berrings were going bad, needed to be replaced. He did that and changed the filter on dehumidification system.

I could have gotten my entire basement waterproofed from several other companies for the price they charged me on getting only 3/4 done. I learned a lot after the fact. I'm on here now because I learned a valuable lesson. The job is OK but I got water under the toilet right next to where they put in drain tile. I used them because I needed an egress window installed and they also put in braces on one exterior wall that was bowed. I've since found out the brace isn't a good way to fix my wall and the window well is small,as is the egress window itself. The "clean space" solution he sold me for radon doesn't do anything either, which I have had a radon mitigation system installed from a different company. In my opinion, they are just a very expensive option with many others available if you look.

The job went great. It was a complex installation. The system existed the garage roof, across the garage ceiling, across the breezeway attic, into a pantry closet thru the floor to the basement and into three different entry points in the basement floor. Also, installed 4 power braces. All work was done in a timely professional manner.

Reasonably well. Crew ran into some unexpected issues and handled them well.

Our house was built in 1866 and had some foundation work done to it by previous owners. Some of it wasn't done very well and as a result, we needed to add support. After interviewing 4 different companies we chose Mid America. They were very responsive and knowledgeable and our crew of Greg and TJ were fantastic. They communicated well with us and seemed to have done a great job at a reasonable price. We'd definitely recommend them.

We set an appointment six weeks ago for them to come out and quote the basement water issues we were having. Six weeks was the earliest appointment available. Due to schedules, we scheduled the appointment for the quote at 5:30pm. We received the literature from the company quickly that was quite comprehensive. Good impression to start, expect for the lengthy wait for the quotation. The week they were supposed to arrive we received two phone messages form their office confirming the time. They stated if this would not work to call. Since we were still good with that date/time, we were still good. We had already arranged our schedules since we had such advance notice. The tech also called in between the two confirmation calls to see if we could change our time due to the gap between his appointments and he didn't want to be 'twiddling his fingers' in between. Again, he did leave a number to call if we could change. We couldn't change the schedule the day before, so again we didn't call. The day of the scheduled appointment came. No call, no show. No word since either and it has been four days. Guess we will not be choosing to work with this group if our business didn't really end up meaning that much.

.Windows,look super and will provide better insulation for both summer and winter. The new sump system looks so much better than having that big hose laying in the yard.we won't know how it works until the next Monsoon season whenever that is. The installation crew worked steadily even with temperatures near 100 degrees. Really nice people too.
