Overall everything went well. They are expensive, but seemingly not out of line with what other companies are charging. There was a 6-8 week wait before the work was done which was the most negative factor. Materials and workmanship seem to be of high quality. The crew worked very had in not very comfortable conditions to do the installation.

The service man was on time, did a thorough job and left all areas clean.

Dillon Heard service tech, arrived on time; did annual maint quickly & efficiently; suggested further need re; sump pump install; answered questions, was very informative & courteous.

They were very good at doing. The basement over here.

Initially, communicating with the company after the contract was signed was deplorable. There apparently was only one person who could schedule projects and contacting that person was very difficult; either she was off for the day or on the phone or away from her desk. Leaving voicemail messages was useless since she did not return the calls. Since the project scheduling hinged on the contact, getting it booked, then rebooked was frustratingly irritating. My initial start date had to be rescheduled, but no one called to let me know. I found out when, while waiting for the crew to arrive and them being a no-show, I called to find out when they would arrive. It was then I was told my project had to be moved because of a previous job going overtime. A part-time staffer was blamed for not calling me to reschedule. This was just getting my project started. There were other issues that prolonged the experience that I won't go into, but it took longer than expected to finish my project. The work crews were pleasant and professional and their work is excellent. It's the office staff that is the bottleneck. In all, the job was done well and I was compensated for the issues, but it was a stressful experience. I would use them again since their work is good, but I would make arrangements for bookings before signing a contract. If there are issues after that, talk with the owner directly since you're not likely to get a prompt response from the office staff. Although, I was assured that those issues had been corrected.

Many delays in project due to fluctuating river levels. One miscalculated spacing but was corrected. The crew was otherwise efficient.

Sales agent exceptionally knowledgeable of all aspects admin staff & scheduling crew prompt, courteous, helpful installation team exceptionally hard working, prompt, efficient & courteous absolutely great in all aspects. Expensive but is better quality (But hopefully, will never need Them! ). (I recently joined but haven't seen monthly magazine yet).

Horrible! Company missed 4 appointments & never called! I had to contract co. each time to reschedule. work was finally completed, but not as expected.

Everyone was on time, was knowledgeable and went about their work in a timely manner. Had to call in a plumber & electrician to complete actions and all were done right in a timely and professional- manner.

Very well. Foreman Justin Bailey led a capable crew that accomplished all work as scheduled. No surprises or issues.

Did not arrive on original date. Came earlier then the proposed second date.

They came out and assessed the crawl space, prescribed what it take to dry up crawl space came out w/in a reasonable time took about a week to complete the job.

Was able to schedule them in timely manner. Rep came and give estimate. Worker well on time, through, explained what they well doing and did good cleanup.

Every thing went great start to finish.

Arrived on time and went to work and stayed working until it was completed – cleaned up very well.

They did what they said. They would do.

Dillon Lewis, DeShandre were very enjoyable to talk to and they worked very hard. Whenever we asked a question, they always took time to answer. They come during a rainy period so they had a lot of water to contend with. Very professional. So far so good on no water!

Crew arrived on time, explained procedure, implementary job, cleaned up & returned to finished after clean up later.

Adao the tech called & came early (I was ok with). Explained what he was going to do performed work. Went over what he did. Very informative. Would definitely like Adao back for future services.

On time & professional, Called about 30 minutes prior to arrival to give his time of arrival.

Tech arrived was on time, completed the work to be done.

Every thing went smoothly-no problems-I'm a long term customer of this company.

They did a good job and worked hard but they seemed to charge me an extra hour and a half at $150 an hour to dig out my crawl space. This doubled the cost of the service and they broke some conduit from some outside wiring that I now have to fix.

It is a good company. I thought they were very professional and they were very good. The price was average. I would absolutely use them again. In fact when I get back, they are going to put in a floor for me.

Called ahead to schedule exact arrival time. They had 3 workers and all were very polite and professional finished job in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after they were done. Explained everything and showed us how to work the sump pump.
