Description of Work: Drilled concrete basement floor and installed approx. 72 ft of WaterGuard and 50 ft of CleanSpace Wall System, plus Triple Safe Pump System. It went very well. Justin and his team member(sorry, we forgot his name) were polite, neat and left the basement in excellent condition.

Description of Work: Installed a dewatering system in my basement to prevent flooding. |Have not had an incident since. Love it! Would recommend it if you plan to stay in your home. Will still need a dehumidifier if you have a basement. Do not know about crawl space.

Description of Work: They did a very nice job, even figured out a way to attach the new wall to an existing concrete wall. Of course, we haven't had a heavy rainy spring or flooding since they did the work so I won't know for sure that the system works until the next 10 year flood

Description of Work: On this service call, they replaced the original support braces with longer supports that spanned five floor joists instead of two. Their research concluded that correction was needed to prevent the two joists from twisting and to provide more even wall support. There was no charge for this upgrade. The original installation was done in 1993.

Description of Work: If you want a salesman to sell you a new system this is the place to go. If you are looking for a technican to help you locate/figure out your water problems, look elsewhere first. The salesman is talented. But I am not convinced that what I got was really what I needed to fix my water problem. The laborers who did the actual work were WONDERFUL. They resepcted my home, wore protective shoe covers and covred my hardwood floors with canvas. They were were professional and personable. The entire project took over a year--delays/rescheduling on our part and theirs. THey do not replace inside walls...so be careful here. The materiel used on outside walls they replaced could not be purchased anywhere so my walls were not going to match. After much ado, they did come back and fix the walls and they do look nice now.

Description of Work: We inquired about a waterproofing estimate as our basement walls were slightly bowed in. The service guy was professional, however this company or he himself lacked integrity. We were told that the damage to our basement walls were headed in a dangerous direction if we did not get them fixed immediately. The cost estimated around $5,000 just to waterproof our small basement. Something just didn't sit right after looking at the estimate. Not to mention, the service guy said if we agreed to the job, he would take off $500 that day. He tried all kinds of sale tactics so beware!! He made us think our basement walls were going to cave in and our house was in danger of collapsing! So just to be sure, we had yet another contractor come take a look. This was a general contractor from our local area who was not out to make a buck, but to provide honest workmanship. You can just see the honesty and humility in a person right away. As it turns out, we did NOT have major damage to the basement walls and our house was NOT going to collapse in at any given time. There was nothing that needed to be done. I will never recommend this company to anybody who is looking for honesty in a company. We were fortunate to have been spared $5,000 for repairs that were NOT necessary. BEWARE OF INTEGRITY!!!
