Cole was very thorough with his explanation of services. Very personable. The company has a very professional quality in their customer service, on the phone, via email and in person. I gave them a down payment and they will notify me when they can come and complete my sidewalk. It won't me till June as they are booked but that is fine. I will be sure to get back with you once the job is completed.

Completed all basement waterproofing work as scheduled, and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. The quality and finish of the work was likewise good. Very pleased, and will use them again for additional basement improvements.

I bought a Sani Dry system and for the money I paid the only benefit I can see is my basement is cooler. Thats it. I was told this thing would greatly benefit not only my basement but my upstairs also. So far it hasnt. My upstairs is as humid as ever. Ii guess its working but for the price Ii paid I feel somewhat cheated. Also, the guy who sold it to me called to ask how its doing and if I had any questions. After 2 weeks of not returning my calls I called again and talked to him. I ask him my questions and he knew nothing about what he sold me. Really??? Why is this guy going into homes selling a product he knows nothing about? Wow. He told me to call the office which I did and the lady was very helpful and nice.

Make sure if you have a coupon from ballpark you give it to them before you pay. I forgot. They would not refund the fifty dollars on $500.00 andI spent $936 on two days of work.
