 + -1 moreI cannot believe it's been nearly 10 years since this project was done!! Overall it went very well. That's what I remember! They also promptly returned for a very thorough clean up/dry out when a loose pipe caused a leak in the basement, after the project was complete and they had been paid.
Description of Work: Kitchen and family room addition. Enlarged each by 6 feet across back of house, including foundation crawl space under new section. Using triple trusses attached to old framework, able to expand family room without support pole in middle of room! All new kitchen cabinets and sink including a breakfast bar, pantry cabinet and desk area. They adapted our design nearly exactly - improved on it, actually!! Agreed to create a last minute archway on ceiling between kitchen and family room! Always at least two if not all three workers every day. They handled the subcontractors as well. We were very pleased and enjoying it every day since.

 + -1 moreDuane helped us in lot selection, house design, and built the house from excavation, to final grading and installation of the mailbox. They framed the house, roofed it, installed windows, doors and cabinetry, painted the interior, installed vinyl siding, and even designed a safety gate to the steps leading to the lower level, which matched the rest of the woodwork.
Description of Work: It was our first experience in building a house. Dan and Duane made it easy and enjoyable. Their workmanship was excellent, and we have had no problems with the house since.

 + -1 moreThe roof leaks even though Daniel Iossi said it would last and now instead of the previous homeowner having to pay for the roof or me paying less for the house due to Iossi's recommendations, I will have to pay for a new roof myself. Called to speak to Daniel and he hung up on me. Very Rude.
Description of Work: Daniel Iossi inspected my roof last year before I purchased a home and gave it a good review and wrote that the roof should last another 5-7 years. My roof began leaking and I had another company check it out and they found patches all over the roof and the valleys that were suppose to be intact were found to be the cause of the leak. I called and spoke to Dan and he hung up on me. I would have paid less for the house if I had of known I was gonna need a roof. I hired Iossi to protect me but all Daniel did was to do a sub-par inspection, cost me (not previous homeowner) the price of a new roof and make himself money. Nice Professional job. I will do my best to pass this information along. Marcia J. Mount
