I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. With that being said, here's why! if you want them to cause huge issue between neighbors, trespass on others lawn, threaten to shoot your dogs with nail guns, cause damage to your property and refuse to fix it, and when told repeatedly not to remove a fence or damage it, they ignore, disregard, and disrespectfully do all these things regardless! if you value your community and your neighbors do not hire them. They do not care! They will take your money and leave chaos behind. When I called several times asking them to just fix what they did, there words were, " Not my legal responsibility to have to do anything". What about just being a good company and doing what's right? The value of this company is a "0"! You may ask, well did I hire them? No. I am the one that has the damage and chaos left behind. I am the one trying to hold back my own dog in my own fenced in yard that they trespassed from getting threatened to be shot by nail gun, This is just a company who does not have the buyer or their community in mind! They don't return phone calls when you have important questions before work begins and just comes in makes a mess and leaves with your money and don't care. I called the police and they told them they were trespassing and they were in the wrong and as a company they still did not make it right. Even when I had photos of my fence before and after. If you value your neighborhood and your neighbors, hire someone else that will hold your standards just as high and protect the properties around the ones they are being paid for to place their work.

Pleased with deck. Is holding up well after three years of use.

They were highly rated on Angie's list and they seemed the most reasonable in price. They were timely and professional. We described to them what we wanted and they did it.

We found this company through a home show in Iowa City. Mike came out the very next week and gave us a bid. Once we made our decision and decided on a time that would work for both of us, they kept to the schedule and had the deck and pergola built in 4 days. Mike Lovewell was very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas for the deck which we really like. The builders were very professional and cleaned they whole area every day when they were done. Would highly recommend them for a quality deck.

They were excellent with making sure they did what you wanted, and made excellent recommendations that I didn't think about. I signed with them in May and at that time they said it would probably be Sept. I can see why. The service was excellent. Very pleased so far (still new) with the product they use. Final product looks like it was built with the house, can't tell it was added on.

My neighbor was having a fence put up on our property line at the end I had a gate on my side so the neighbor gave me the name of the man that came to give her a price. My wife placed a couple of phone calls to them to get a price for the gate aswell as the other side of my yard. I did not get a return call from anyone. They we're suppose to call ahead to tell her what day they were coming so I could cut out the old fence and so we could have the fence done at the same time. There was no call they just showed up and started to cut down my fence. So I call the office to tell them that I was concern that they just showed up and cut down my fence and that I wanted a price to replace my section of fence on that side of the house so it could all be tied together make it look nice. The first time I called I was hung up on. I called back after the gentleman that my wife called called me back. In his words the neighbor sighed a contract and that they will show up to do the work when they feel. And he don't have time for me. When I called back the office I was told that I didn't matter that the phone was ringing and she need to get a different call because they are so busy

Mike Lovewell performed the quote. He was quick, polite and professional. The quote was well within my budget and most important to me was that the job could be done right away. Every other quote was 6 weeks or over to get the job done. Lovewell quoted 2 weeks and was done in less than 2. The gentleman who did the install was friendly, worked non-stop and explained all that he was doing whenever I had a question. There is no question in my mind that I will utilize Lovewell for my upcoming deck remodel.

I had just moved in to my house and needed a fence quickly because we have a large dog. It was just a small fence from the house to the property line on both sides. The estimator understood that we needed it soon and it was not a large job so they put the fence up just a couple of days after my approval of the estimate. The look is exactly what I asked for. It has been 2 yrs now and I have been very happy with it.

I would use them again in the future.
