 + -1 moreHe was supposed to show up on Monday afternoon, but called & said it would be Tuesday. I wasn't home, but my daughter was. She said they stopped frequently to smoke. we had agreed on why I wanted done, but it was done very sloppily. Very uneven. .
Description of Work: The job was to pull weeds from all the beds, then lay mulch. Mulch was laid very uneven & directly over all the weeds. He didn't go around some plants but totally covered some of them. After I pointed out some tall seeds peeking thru, he went around & pulled the obvious ones, throwing them into the yard. I'm very unhappy!
