Nothing negative good behavior

They were fast, they cut pavers by hand resulting in terrible cuts. They only put stone under the pavers and no sand on top of the pavers. They came back to redo the terribly cut pavers. However they now are not level and the poly sand was never brushed into the joints before it was wet down. I cannot get the sand of the top side of the pavers now. Greg the salesman says he will show up but does not. Since they were paid, the owner will not reply. In contrast to his first card when he got the jobs saying call him anytime. My wife says it definitly doe not look professional. It looks like a first time someone did a job like this. STAY AWAY from this company.

I like their promptness, reliability and price. I don?t care so much about their professionalism because they just come to punch holes in the grass. I don?t see that as a big indicator on what I want for a landscaper. There were three works and it took them no longer than half an hour to do the job. I did not have to wait for them to do the job and he did a good job.

One of the areas is ok, but the bricks are settling too much. Probably JC didn't use enough gravel underneath. The other area is ok, but at first all they did was lay long wall bricks along the ground. Another crew came back & laid them correctly.

A date and time for the visit was set. No Show! Wasted my time waiting for the representative to arrive. I should have known better as I had the same lack of follow through the previous year but decided to give them another chance. Not willing to give them a third strike. Found another local company that is punctual, professional, and highly competitive in pricing. I couldn't be happier!

They were punctual and did the work they said they would do. A bit pricey though.

They have two young guys who are plowing the snow in our parking lot. They do not know what they are doing. They don't have chains on their tires, they are fish tailing, have hit dumpsters and other apartment structures with their trucks. The other residences are concerned as well and have come outside to make sure their cars are not being hit. It doesn't look like they are doing.

We did have some problems with the actual start date. However once they started the job, they GOT TO WORK! I was concerned when they told me it would only take 2 days to get the entire job done. I felt for the quality I wanted that would be impossible. Well, I was wrong. They had a large crew and did a fantastic job. I am VERY pleased with the work. I would recommened them!!
