Description of Work: IOSSI removed the water damaged ceiling in the kitchen, installed an attic ladder, and reinstalled the ceiling. In removing the attic insulation to start the job, faulty wiring was found which was repaired and brought to code by Shaw Electric. Furthermore, the joists were not level and IOSSI had to rehang one of them to get the attic ladder installed properly and to make the ceiling level. The difference between the original estimate and final bill (about a $500 difference) was primarily due to the additional work done by Shaw Electric. Overall, the work done by IOSSI was very good, especially the parts of the job completed by Lester. The only complaint was the lack of communication and miscommunications by the supervisor Jerry. Despite the problems with communication, I would recommend IOSSI and would use them again.

Description of Work: Window replacement whole house. Clean install, nice work, cleaned up everywhere. forgot to caulk 2 windows on the outside. Had to call a couple times to get them back out and finish. Would be 100% perfect had they not missed the caulking or come out on the first request.

+ 2 moreThey replaced my aluminum siding with vinyl, did a complete tear off of roof and new asphalt roof. New double hung windows throughout, and all new gutters and downspouts. Salesperson was punctual, friendly, well informed and worked well with what we wanted. Their prices were fair and they beat the other 3 estimates we received. The work started in December and took longer due to the weather. We are happy with the work and the quality. The only thing we were not so happy with was the clean up. Large pieces were taken away but we cleaned up a large amount of nails and are still finding them occasionally. In fairness to Iossi, we did not ask a second time to get the yard cleaned up and shouldn't have had to anyway. We just cleaned it up ourselves in order to not have to wait. We would use them again.
Description of Work: New windows, new vinyl siding, new gutters and downspouts, new asphalt roof.

+ 3 moreThe employees were very friendly, able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am pleased with the results and have received compliments from my neighbors on my new siding. Pricing was very competitive with other companies.
Description of Work: Iossi replaced my old siding with new vinyl siding, replaced a side door to my garage and new gutters. The installers had to deal with rain almost everyday which made the process longer than it should have been.

+ 0 moreoverall all job was accomplished efficiently and timely. Workers were focused and quiet, didn't disturb . several minor annoyances in quality reduced my rating. Update: When I mentioned I was disappointed in the quality of the work, the company came and looked at my complaint on the paint job and redid the job completely (including removing all the previous paint ) to a high quality level. Great accountability.
