The neighbors took pity on me and they came over and cleaned the driveway. This guy got heated with me and told me that he didn't appreciate that I would call and tell them don't bother to come and he got really upset. Then he started telling me he had to replace his snow blower and he had to do such and such because he was late sometimes. I said well, that's part of doing business, replacing your equipment. We had a falling out. I didn't sign any contract but we had a verbal agreement to come if there was a 2 inch snow. I would call him and say you don't need to come, the neighbors had already done it. It was just a matter of his attitude when I called the second time and told him and he got all bent out of shape that I was taking business away from him and he needed to replace his equipment. It's not my problem he had to buy new equipment. He was an a*****e. The price was fine. The price was good. When they did their job, they did it well. They put me at the bottom of the list which is why the neighbors always got here first. It had nothing to do with trees. It was their snow removal service.
