+ -1 morePerfect Katherine Hollingsworth came to the house to measure the space. She made great suggestions for both the carpeting and the vinyl. The installers came on time and did a great job both days. We have had many compliments on the new carpeting and vinyl. We highly recommend them. The estimate and final price was identical.
Description of Work: Installed carpet and vinyl in lower level of a split foyer house.

+ -1 moreI dreaded picking out new carpeting. We stopped by Hollingsworth and talked to Kathy and she made me feel more at ease. When I couldn't decide what color to choose, Kathy came to my house with samples. She helped us choose the color. The 2 workers took 1.5 days from start to finish. They worked hard and were very professional. They arrived by 8am and would have started earlier if we wanted them to. They cleaned up their mess and even vacuumed! I love my new carpeting!
Description of Work: They ripped out our home's old carpeting and replaced it with new.

+ -1 moreThe Installer Josh was great and install was a good job but over all service was VERY BAD
Description of Work: Poor and abusive Customer service. They made promises that they did not keep and tried to charge extra for services over and above what they estimated the total bill to be. When I tried to talk to them about it they went off on me on the phone and refused to let me talk and give my understanding of the agreement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encounter from a place a business.
