Very well. Although the boss was called out of town, the replacement he sent was more than adequate. Good job, good clean-up, work done in a timely manner.

I contacted Harold's Roofing for an estimate because my roof has been leaking along the chimney line. This is causing damage to my ceilings inside my bedrooms. I called at least four times to set up a time for them to come to my home to look at my roof and provide an estimate of work. They finally called me back after I left 3 messages with their answering service and 2 messages on their cell phone. I was told that my job would be a waste of their time and that they did not have them time to come to my home to look at my roof. My roof is still leaking and I am still trying to find someone to help repair the chimney line.

It went very well. The crew was friendly and polite, came on time and cleaned up every evening, and also a super clean-up at the end. Gerald guaranteed the work and when a few weeks after they were finished, a heavy rainstorm showed some wetness in a previous problem/heavy leak area in the attic, he PROMPTLY came out and looked himself and had the crew back the next day and fixed it, no extra charge. The roof has been bone dry since.
