I believe it was $75 and hour, I don?t remember. I have radiant heating in my floors, or I did and they specialize in that, because it?s water that runs through the floor, not the electric kind, this is the really good kind. They were terrific! They are extremely professional, they are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and they break it down so that you can understand. Because, when you are talking about something like radiant heating, they were able to tell me what they were doing and why they were doing it, and how I could check on it myself in the future.

I highly recommend the Gabrilson's team. They were very professional during the bid, follow-up, installation, and all the paper work. We got bids from about 5 companies before Gabrilson, and we were trying to decide between one company with the brand we liked and the other one with the price. And then we decided to bring one more company in, that was Gabrilson. They were able to give us the brand and a good price (we didn't mention the previous bids or what our price range was, it just was a match with their bid). The installation team was extremely efficient, cordial and they were always on the schedule. Gabrilson team also took care of the registration of both units right away and they helped us with the rebate paperwork. So, we really had the most positive experience from this project. Totally recommend!!!

They come out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. This company does its best to satisfy the customer and is reliable and thorough in their inspections. I am due for a new furnace soon and will give this company the inside track when I am read to purchase one.

The system now works perfectly.

It was the middle of the super hot summer we had and my central air unit went out. I had called another company to come look at it; had a TERRIBLE experience with them; wasted money on a service call that didn't fix my problem, only to find out my problem was not fixable. I then called around for prices, as I am on a very fixed income. Gabrilson's price came in the best with the same size unit as the others. From the gentleman who quoted me the price to the nice guy who installed, I was very pleased all the way around. Would definitely recommend them.

They are on time, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They were able to make the repairs, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products. The contract I signed was for the spring and the fall to make sure that the air conditioning and the heating are working correctly. They also do the routine maintenance on my HVAC units.

It couldn't have gone better. Fair estimate received later the same day. Answered all concerns the next morning and scheduled the install for later that week which became the next morning, during the 100 plus degree heat and high demad time. We couldn't be more pleased or satisfied. Jim

All was not roses. The A/C unit is in and operating under difficult conditions. It is holding 72 degrees F. in a 97 degree ambiant. The old unit never did that. Therein lies the rub. Mostly at my urging, a 2.5 ton unit was installed, replacing a 2 ton unit. I have a complex electrical service because of a back-up generator and split breaker boxes (three way). Going from 2.0 to 2.5 tons added just enough extra current so that a circuit blew when the Microwave was used. The problem was quickly rectified with the services of an electrician who knows my house. No big deal. The Gabrilson rep was prompt and helpful in getting data into and quot;myand quot; electrician's hands, though he didn't really need it. I suppose I could complain that the issue should have been anticipated, but I didn't, and I've had my share of Electrical Engineering, albeit 55 years ago. An amp is still an amp and most circuits in backed up systems can only swallow 15 of them! A 2.5 ton unit doesn't leave much room for anything else.

After calling them, they were able to come quickly. I liked that the company responded immediately, the service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. In terms of the job, they did good work, explained everything and were quick.

This was the first time I ever used them. They were very good and service was quick. I don't think they had come back except for one trip in December. Their price was good. I would use them in the future.

They were very up front with what was happening and very professional. I would use them again.

Excellent service. Took 1 1/2 days. No mess after they left. I would recommend this company to anyone. We had 5 bids and they seemed to know the most about replacing the two units. Everyone says furnaces are basically the same; how they're installed is the most important thing. I would trust Gabrilson's.

I called first thing in the AM as my Furnace was on the Fritz. The gal said they were booked for the day, but they would be happy make it after 4 PM at their and ldquo;After Hours Service Ratesand rdquo;. I asked if she could recommend someone else, she said, Nope, not around here. She didn't seem to interested in my problem...

Our AC had been out for a couple of days, but we hesitated to call someone over the weekend. Monday morning, I called Gabrilson's based on the reviews on this website. I could not have been more pleased with the service! They arranged for someone to be at our home that afternoon. When the service tech left, the dispatcher called to say that he was on his way and gave us the tech's name. The tech arrived and quickly solvled the problems (there were a couple with our very old AC unit). He told us what to do to prevent further problems and futher bills.It turns out that it was a good idea to wait until the work week, a weekend call would have more than doubled the price. Without hesitation, I would call Gabrilson's again.

Very fast service and very friendly. Called that morning was there later that day. No hidden charges.

I was really impressed with this company. they were friendly, quick, efficient and honest.
