Description of Work: We had our entire house done by Foley Contracting. They did our roof, gutters, siding, and all the trim needed. Our house was a tough project and they did a great job! It was a complete transformation. If I had any more work to do I would definitely hire them. Sam was great to work with and fair with his price. Rick and his team were awesome to work with and made the project run very smooth. HIRE THESE GUYS!

+ -1 moreMeet with Sam Foley to get a quote, Sam was very professional and very personable. He explained all the options and what would be done. Work was completed just as he said it would. Work was completed in one day, with clean up the following morning. Roof looks great!

+ 0 moreSam came out and gave me an estimate and I'm glad he did. He provided an excellent warranty on a beautiful roof at a price that was the best of all the estimates I received. His crew came out early in the morning on a Wednesday and would have finished the roofs that day; however, I needed the wood in some special areas replaced. So, they finished it on Thursday I was expecting it to take at least 2 days and they were done in a day and a half. The parts of the roof that needed replacing are now solid and the entire roof looks amazing. I'm so impressed with the work the crew did as well. They were all very professional, friendly, courteous and quick. They cleaned up after themselves on both days and I couldn't believe how good my yard looked after they left. The gutter guys came out on Friday since they had finished early on another job. I wasn't expecting them until at least Saturday maybe Monday. Was really nice to see all the work done in such a short period of time, ahead of schedule even. Sam was in contact with me before and after to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He even texted me pictures of the parts that needed replacing in case I hadn't seen them. I had seen the guys working so I already knew, but it was still nice to know he was on top of everything. The final inspection went well and I am happy I chose these guys.
Description of Work: Replaced roof, gutters and downspouts and gutter guard on the house and garage. I have a very steep pitch on the front and a relatively steep pitch on the back.

Description of Work: they put on a new roof and gutters. The new roof hung over the edge of roof by about two inchs. When I said something to Sam Foley, he wasn't too happy and became rude. The gutters they put on were the cheapest pieces of tin I've seen. Insurance was paying for this, so he thought he could put on the cheapest product.

+ -1 moreAfter another independent contractor (not Foley Contracting) completed the reroofing job on my house and garage, it was inspected by the city inspector with many violations found. Foley Contracting stepped in to take care of these violations. They were very professional and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Foley Contracting to anyone!
