Explained the problem, went over options and recommended a service agreement to include A/C come summer.

Everything went fine. They would have been an "A" across the board except for what is noted below. The only problem was they did not wear a mask during the install. Even when I asked if they could, they said that it was difficult being they are running in and out all the time. I did not understand that. But we have worked with them before and their work is great, so I let them go without the mask. We just hid far away from them.

Had a guy come out end of April to bid on fixing my CA -charged us $79.00 to just look & then called us & said $1300.00 to fix. I don't have that kind of money just laying around so had to raise it. Called on 6/6/17 to make the appt & they refused to do it until fall because my furnace is in the attic & it's too hot. When told I would be taking my business elsewhere - he got smart with me. Rude!

They have been very good. They are pretty reasonable. They are not the most expensive, or the cheapest either. They are in the middle of the fees. They always do a good job. They are pretty reasonable. If they are a little late, its never more than an half an hour.

Fast service, and fair pricing. We could not be happier with them.

The gentleman who stopped out was as polite as could be and did great work. I will be calling every spring / fall to inspect and maintain my heat & AC.

The provider came out several more times to fix the issue, and I am still not sure it is working. He also replaced a part and charged me an additional $100

Brandon was very professional, he was very informative, he let me know that my furnace was older than I was told it was and it is unsafe to use due to some problems it's having, I've had other companies do the same thing he did for twice the cost and I will only be using family heating and air from now on, his analysis of my furnace was very precise and accurate, he was on time and very punctual in letting me know when he would arrive at my house, family heating and air, what a great company! I'm very satisfied and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used this company in the past for the same exact problem and they charged me $65.00 in the past. This time I paid for the big deal $49 and had them do the same thing. And the tech charged me an additional $45.00.

It went great. I didn't have to pay extra. Because of my schedule, they didn't come until January. Their responsiveness was also good. The workers were very nice.

I purchased a service call for my mother's house through an Angie's List coupon. After the purchase, I followed up with a phone call and they scheduled the appointment for the next day. So - very prompt and responsive. The service technician was very nice to my mother and took the time to explain the services he performed to her, and later to me. The explanation of what was done was clear and the cost seemed fair. This is the second time we have used Family Heating & Cooling. I would have no problem recommending them.

I called around 7:15 Saturday morning and left a call back number with the answering service. I got a call back before 8:00 and Tom, the technician, was at my house shortly after 9:00am, after doing a repair for another customer. He found the issue quickly, pick up the part and had the AC running less than 2 hours after he arrived. He was courteous and very professional.

They came out but they never came back to finish their work. So I have not seen them and they have not charged me anything yet. They came and they were supposed to come back but I never heard from them.

That was great. They were a very good company. When they came out, the first time the only problem I really had was there was training a new guy. I had to ask him to come another time because it was taking too long. Someone came the next day and did the work for me. I was happy overall.

Tech was timely, professional, efficient and courteous. Offered routine mtc. plan option which saved us $75 on the actual smart board unit. Would definitely use this vendor's services again!

Cleaned and checked furnace - very professional, friendly & helpful - will use again.

The gentlemen were very thorough. They took a lot of time and found some things that would probably need to be addressed in the future.

Called for help this morning a little after 8 since part of our basement floor was wet near the air conditioner unit....service man showed up just before noon and had everything cleaned up and repaired in no time.

Lightning fast responce & refund.

As far as I can tell everything was done properly and there were no reported problems. The only real issue was they had turned on the blower to check the equipment and failed to turn it back off. This resulted in my wife calling and telling me the A/C would not shut off, which was not the case, a call back to the office and a return to the house to place the A/C back on automatic.
