Description of Work: I bought ceramic tile for my bathroom to be installed by someone else.

Description of Work: Don't expect a professional tile design. The tile in our shower has woefully failed to meet our minimum expectations. Don't expect prompt follow up on issues. If it's a quick fix it's good. Otherwise it's a protracted process designed to force the customer to give up

Description of Work: We built our home three years ago. We used this company for many things. Ceramic floor and master shower ( walls and ceilings ) carpets ,kitchen accents, and a very small hardwood area. We also had glass block walls installed in our master bath by a different company. The grout installed on the base of the shower was not sealed properly and cannot be cleaned. After two months of texting, several attempts to clean with a "grout cleaner " and multiple excuses I knew I was getting nowhere.

Description of Work: Greg was excellent to work with, he went out of his way to make things work for us. Like when we had trouble the day we were closing on our new house, before he was supposed to install the floor, he asked me what he could do to make my day better and delayed the installation by one day very easily. He also special-ordered trim pieces that worked well for us at no additional charge. One thing I didn't like was that, when I asked that they replace one board that had a crack, they charged me for the labor of that, even though they should have noticed the crack before installing it in the first place. He also over-ordered so much flooring that we now have a pile of flooring that is paid for sitting in our garage.
