Jason is phenomenal. He came and measured everything and worked in my budget. They installers were very professional. We were very happy. We had an incident once with water damage in the basement and they got us a replacement carpet for a very fair price. They do not abandon you, if there is something that you are unhappy with they take care of it right away. They take care of all the little details.

The product was never installed. First there were problems getting the salesman to return our phone calls. He did not call back after measuring the rooms that were to be floored and after the deal was made to schedule installation. We waited a week both times and ended up calling to remind them that we have a deal. Finally when a date for installation was made, they didn't show. I called the Moline store and was told I wasn't even on the delivery schedule. Due to my work hours I had to wait a month to reschedule. When I finally did call the salesman to get a new installation date, I was told he would check with the installers and call me back. He never did. I called him after a weeks wait and got a new date scheduled. That day came and guess what...they didn't show up again. I called the Moline store yet again and spoke with a female employee. Although she didn't say so, it was obvious I wasn't on the installation schedule again. She said she would have the salesman call me right away. He finally did 15 minutes later. He gave no reason for the no-show. He just complained about having the flu. I cancelled the deal then and there. Luckily I hadn't paid them anything yet or even signed anything.

They were fine. They did a good job, good customer service, very friendly, measured correctly and installed when they said they would install it. Clean up was very nice.
