Bath Planet of Quad Cities

Both my husband and I have health issues and had to go from a tub to a walk-in shower. Bath Planet DID a fabulous job! We love the color (which looks great with our floor) and our shower!

Explained everything as they did it. Polite. Cleaned up after themselves.

Very good work answered any questions we had.

Great company to deal with, said they would show up on time, and they did both the saleman and the Shower installer, the installer was very professinal, knew his business. Tore out the old tub/ shower combo, installed the new walk in shower in a timely manner, and was very pleasant individual.

They were very professional, cared about talking care of the mess, showed us the way everything worked so we knew how to work everything. And I could tell that they were really into it to make me happy for what I was getting. Done. I would recommend Bath Planet for all my friends and other people who is looking for a bathroom remodel.

Love love my new shower. All employee interactions were great. Especially impressed with having dates/schedule of process and remodel, kept to it and was timely. Only negative of the experience, was the tracking in and out of house several times to use power tools etc. not happy with traffic of shoes on my carpet and less than adequate clean up of mess.

Sales rep was polite and informative. Install team was very good. The only thing that could have been better was the clean up could have been a little better. Have enjoyed the walk in shower tremendously.

- Install guy was amazing!! - sales guy was very down to earth, polite, and was even still sitting with us after 10pm on a Wednesday night going through options! - few points the sales guy emphasized, weren't part of the finished product (thin set for base, corner trims/crown molding, mold spray, etc) - shower base is our only complaint. It's pretty flimsy, slippery, seems very cheap. If don't go with doors the shower curtain won't stick/magnetize to the base (even after buying a more heavy duty curtain) and seems to attack and wrap around you while in the shower. - cost is on the high end, but so is everything else.

Salesman was very helpful assisting me with my choices and making decisions. Knew his product well and was very sympathetic to the danger of the shower/tub I had, being able to move things along quickly.

The process was easy and quick!

We didn't get any explanation on how to clean and take care of the shower surface. We also felt we were mislead regarding the thickness of the wall material based on our in-home consultation. All-in-all, it was a good experience. A bit overpriced but the final result looks great!
