The two guys got to my place at 8 AM and finished the project by 8:30 PM. Now instead of having a shower that was leaking I have a nice new shower that looks so nice I have been showing it off to everyone. On top of the two guys being really professional about their job they were also willing to listen to my concerns about a couple of things I needed changed. When I decided to go with Bath Planet Sam Bridges came out for the scheduled appointment and he was able to answer any question I could throw at him so I was willing to sign a contract knowing that I would be well taken care of.

We were very pleased with the work performed. The installer paid attention to detail and did a very professional job, it is impossible to see any joint on the shower surround. It looks as if it were installed during the building of our house. Did fantastic clean up with nothing left but to admire the job. Thank You

Awesome work hard to believe it only took a day to remove a tube, repair a wall, and install a walk-in shower. If I didnâ  t know better Iâ  d swear they installed a complete replacement unit. Canâ  t see the seams to know it was individual sheets of material. Did a great job on cleanup too!

My wife and I have lived in our house for almost three years now. We knew from the start we were going to need to replace the master bath/shower. We reached out to multiple companies and finally ended up working with Bath Planet. I wish we would have found them sooner. The entire process was pain free. From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest bath in the next 5 years, we will be going with Bath Planet again.

Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!

The person installing my tub conversion to a shower showed up exactly on time and did quick work. He was able to adjust around the issue that came up when the tub was removed about the vent not being below sub floor. He completed the work in 4 hours and gave me some tips on other things I can do within the bathroom. I am super happy with how the product looks and feels. They gave me a good price for the shower conversion as well. If we follow the direction of maintenance, I do not see any issues that will arise as it is a quality product.

Had a new bathroom shower installed it look great such an upgrade from the old one. The installer did a nice job he laid down some covers on my floor. When over the install asks where I wanted my fixtures. Great cleanup.

bad installation they broke faucet came here 3 times to repair still broke caullk peeling wall not straight wont fix or call back after 20 call to them terrible customer service
