Babe's Termite & Pest Control

Trespassing!! Babe's was given permission to enter the home to carry out the inspection on Thursday mid-day. I had to give them the garage code as we were out of town. I gave the code directly to Babe's and not the buyers. I received a call on Friday from Babe's that they were at the home with the buyers and could not get in using the garage code. I was not aware of this Friday appointment so no one had consent to access the property. He stated he tried to enter which is trespassing! After speaking to him while at the house I gave him the new code, told him to show the one spot to the buyers, to exit the property promptly, and call me when gone. Luckily I had my father change the garage code Thursday night otherwise they would have been in my house without me knowing! Babe's should know better that they cannot enter without consent and knew the buyers were not the owners of the home. I promptly called my lawyer to address with the buyers. I said I would call Babe's and discuss with them. I called them yesterday and Rick called me back. I explained the situation and how its trespassing. Giving you permission to access the home one time does not extend permission to enter the home whenever someone asks. He stated it all worked out so its fine and didn't intend to upset me. When I tried to see if he understood the nature of the issue he got upset said he didn't have time for this and hung up on me.

Arrived 45 min. Late without a courtesy call. I had to call the office to make sure I had the right time. They blew it off by saying another customer needed more done although my appt was at 9 am.

I had tiny ants all around in the kitchen and laundryroom. The serviceman arrived on time. He talked with me a while to get a good idea of what was happening. He sprayed the entire outside perimeter, plus the kitchen, basement and laundryroom interior. He used a hand sprayer and chemicals that were safe for my cats. There was no significant odor. He shared information about the best time and treatment techniques for this and other insect problems. He seemed thorough and careful. He was around less than an hour. The ants apear to me gone and I'll probably have Babe's back in the fall to treat for box elder bugs and spiders.

Great guy. Never stopped working. He gave us information about each wasp as he worked. Didn't waste his time or ours. Very friendy. Highly recommed.

The home I purchased in March came with a bunch of free mice...I tried some things that didn't work. Babe's did my termite inspection (which I wasn't present for). I called them and they came out the next day or so. They were so courteous and punctual, super professional. They were knowledgeable about mice and sympathetic to my plight. The mice were nearly gone in two weeks, and were completely gone within a month. They took care of the spider problem we were unaware of, too, while they were addressing the mice. They explained that the mice were eating the spiders, among other things. Yuck.We called them again after we brought home our new baby from the hospital in June. We had these weird beetles. The guy was very nice and followed our request to not spray the places we take the baby, i.e. our bedroom, the living room. Babe's office staff always calls a few weeks later to make sure our problem has been resolved. EXCELLENT follow up!

They did a good job. They came when they said they were going to come.

I have been using them for three years. They are able to come out right away and I believe that there pricing is fair for the quality of the work. It is a family business and they are all very kind when they come out.

After calling, the man arrived later that same day prepared to treat the problem. He seemed to be very thorough and got up on the roof over my garage to remove a wasp nest and spray. He answered my questions and explained that if another treatment was needed, it would not be as expensive. I used Babe's several years ago to get rid of carpenter ants, and the company did a great job and were reasonably priced. The first application was the most expensive and then the follow-up treatments were less money. I think the company is knowledgeable, use a quality product, and have a professional manner. I will continue to use this company for any insect problems in the future.

It was $75 for a full interior and exterior spray. I used them several times and I would recommend them. They came from clear across the other side of town and it took them a good 30 minutes to get here.

Came on time again. Very clean professional and knowledgable. Willing to take the time to talk about any concerns I had. So good I set up a quarterly service with them. Locally owned, and it shows!!
