Not a lot of details this time. Honda requires the bumper be dropped to complete the light replacement. However, the job was finished in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous and called me by name. Playing with the dogs while I waited made the time go faster. Arnold's is another example of a local shop in the community for a long time. Attitude toward customers is a big thumbs up. Their customers are appreciated in a big way.

The estimate was done while I had cappucino and played with the 2 Body Shop dogs. Staff was very friendly. Joe came back in and took me out to the car. I was in a state of shock...both dents in the bumper were gone, the light was taped, clamps reattached, hot staples held a small crack, and there was no charge. I didn't want to make a claim on insurance and replace the whole bumper for fairly minor damage. It took me a little while to get over the shock and say thank you. Arnold's is a 3 generation business which recently built a new building. The only thing he wanted in return for no charge was word of mouth info. Personal attention, old time values, modern equipment, seasoned body shop personnel, etc....everything that fits together to make a superior body shop. I petted the dogs goodbye before leaving in my near to perfect car. Arnold's Body Shop is the place to go first for collision repair as well as detailing and other bodywork. Remember, dents in plastic bumpers can often be removed without removing the whole bumper.

The paint finish and color matching were perfect. It was impossible to detect that the car had been repaired. The three small dents were removed without repainting the body and the finished surface looked showroom quality. After about one month, some of the edges of the plastic bumper protector started to lift from the bumper cover. They trimmed some of the protector and re-sealed the edges of the protector. It is now over six months since the repairs and the car stills looks like new. Arnold's was prompt, courteous, and professional in all of our dealings. Overall, I am very pleased with the results.

Provided quote for repairs, explained the work to be performed and why. Indicated areas where there might be a potential change in cost. Willing to work with insurance company and accept payment directly from them. Was kept informed of the progress in completing the work including a potential delay in securing a replacement part and impact on delivery. Very good body shop.

The first time I brought the car in, they were within 30 minutes of closing and asked me to come back at a later date. The second time, I waited roughly 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I explained that I was about to sell the car and needed the repair done as cheaply as possible. The owner took a look and said they only do the best quality work. He refused to work on the existing bumper and provided quotes for a new bumper. Keep in mind, I'm selling the car out of state and need to have a reasonable quote. I took it to Everett's Body Shop and their quote was about $200 cheaper by using the existing bumper and the quality was grade A. I know Arnold's does good work, but between the inconvenience of traveling twice and the extraordinarily high estimate, there are better options.

The front bumper cover was finished nicely and the color matched the rest of the car body. The corrosion on the trunk lid was removed and repainted. The new paint on the trunk lid was blended into the old paint so that the transition was not perceptible. The two small dents on the door were removed without damaging the surrounding paint. Overall, I am very satisfied with the appearance of the repairs. In my dealings with Arnold's Body Shop, all of the staff were helpful, professional, and responsive.

Working with Arnold's is always easy and pleasant. The team at Arnold's goes over backwards to make sure that their customers are taken care of. Dropped off our truck and it was done perfectly. They did discover additional work that was required for repair after they got the truck bumper off. I was very grateful that they handled it with my insurance company and I did not even need to get involved. Truck was fixed right the first time and I have not had any issues or a need to return for re-work since the work was completed. I have used Arnold's multiple times and have always been impressed.

I backed into a library drop box in a newborn sleep deprivation and shattered the back window of my minivan. I called Arnold's from the parking lot. They said to come over and try would take a look. While we waited in the lobby, the staff dogs unobtrusively hung out with us, which I found nice. They stayed away from another customer who seemed uneasy with dogs. There was popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate, newspapers, magazines, books and toys in addition to TV. They gave me an estimate and offered to clean out the broken glass and tape up the gap without any commitment from me to have the work do there. The window I had broken had defroster wires in it and would have to be ordered. Rather than guess when it would arrive, they offered to call me when it arrived, which they did. When they called, they said they could replace it while I waited if I'd like in about an hour. They took a bit longer than that because they wanted to be sure the sealant was dry since it was a rainy day. They offered to submit to insurance if I wanted, but pointed out that the cost was probably less than my deductible (it was) and wouldn't yield me any benefit. I was delighted with Arnold's.
