+ -1 moreI had a 10 am appointment to meet with their job estimator at the house needing their service. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up, so I left as my time is just as valuable as theirs. I have yet to hear from the company with an apology/explanation for the no-show.

Description of Work: I needed my carpet cleaned when I moved out of my 3rd floor apartment. I had a large spot on the carpet which I had been trying for weeks to get rid of and nothing worked. I didn't know if it was food, tar, paint and I tried all sorts of spot cleaning techniques without success. I called a number of carpet cleaning services in the Davenport area and all said they couldn't help me because I was on the third floor and they did everything from their truck. I also contacted some of the carpet cleaning companies via Angie's list who were rated 'A' and they never even responded to my emails! I called this company and got great information and service from the dispatcher taking my call right away. They said they would have no problem cleaning my carpet. I called on a Monday and they could be there on Friday. Adam and Jordan came right on time and fed the hoses and electrical cords through the third floor window and got started right away. When they got to the stain in my floor I told them to try but I was sure they wouldn't get the stain out. Adam smiled and said "You have never worked with our company, have you?' The challenge was on. They got the stain out!!!!! I was so impressed ....AND happy! I highly recommend them!
