I The owner is very unfriendly, tho we had no problems with the guys who work with him. We don't plan on calling them again.

When the repair was needed I called several establishments and most were unable to help me in a quick time frame each did however offer an estimate of time and price over the phone. When I called Active Plumbing and explained the situation, he said it would be possible to squeez the repair in between his other appointments and that he may have to return at a later time that day to finish if necessary. He ask a few more question about the repair in need and offered a couple of opptions and he would garentee the repair be completed that day if I would be willing to work with him on a time to do the repair. The over all repair was excellent and Active Plumbing called two days later to see that the equipment was working properly and if we had any questions. I was very pleased with the price and from the questions he asked he was abel to do the repair at one time and even a bit below the price I was quoted by other establishments I had called that day for my urgent repair.
