Description of Work: They were supposed to prevent our bats from coming back but the bats came back & multiplied. We had to call week after week for over a month to get anyone out to our house. They are full of excuses & avoidance tactics. They only showed up when we e-mailed indicating that we were keeping track of our attempts & were very unhappy. We supposedly have a 1 year warranty on their work but we're highly skeptical that this will be honored. Big pain to work with them.

Description of Work: We originally contacted ACE Pest management in November 2013 to hellp with a mice problem. They did a followup in February to see how things were going and laid down more traps, etc just in case. They were able to come out right away and provided helpful tips on where they could be coming in. He also laid down multiple traps and poison in areas where our children do not have access.

Description of Work: I was getting bats in my living area and Tony came out and plugged any holes or gaps where they could be getting in. He also blocked any passages where the bats could get from the attic into the basement or the main floor. I didn't see any bats for about 16 months. Then I got a couple more into the house, he came back out and reassessed and blocked the any entry points. I haven't seen bats for over a year.After the initial payment, you have the option of paying 100 annually thereafter for a guarantee and during that time he'll come out if you have more problems.
