They didn't show up and lied about when you can trim trees, and how to treat them. Be very cautious dealing with this organization!!

Great...The estimator really knew his stuff, we were happy to save 2 trees. The tree we removed was large and hard to get to but the guys had no problems, were courteous, and professional. They called to let us know when the work would be done, were on time, and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

The Advantage employees are always very safety conscious. They are also very reliable, respectful and hard working. They are on time and clean up after their work. Anything that was questioned was either well explained or redone. I've worked with other companies in town and would never use any other company.

It was good. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount as we had more extensive work than the $99 covered. I think we paid $100 more. I purchased it to have it done at my son's home. I think he has been satisfied with the results. The thing that we appreciated was that they did exactly what they said and they didn't try to really up the prices a lot. We were satisfied with the work that they did. They seemed to be knowledgeable. I did have to get back with them about the additional charge because there was quite a lapse of time there.

It went well. They first came out for the estimate and were very flexible with scheduling a date and time that worked best for our household. The crew who did the hands on work did an excellent job and were very well equipped. Jeremy the manager was kind, courteous and professional to work with; will definitely use again in future.

. We had several large brush piles along the west side of the property. We had to cancel work for Monday because of rain but on Wednesday Advantage came out. They had one machine that had large jaws that picked up the limbs and took them over to the chipper machine which spit the wood chips into a big truck. Some of the limbs must have been 4 inches or more in diameter but it chewed them up. They didn't stop until there was bare ground. They even raked up the leaves. We are very pleased.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate with Jeremy for the next day. He came on time and he and his assistant gave me a verbal estimate for the work I needed done. I made an appointment for the next week. The follwoing morning I had a written estimate for the work which Jeremy sent me by email. The team showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job. They trimmed all of the trees as well as cleaned up the area completely leaving the yard looking better than it did before they arrived. I would definitelyl use this company again in the future and in fact I have scheduled them to come out to another property to look at saving an ash tree. Definetly would recommend their service.

Very quick to get a written proposal to you. Made appointment.. no show. I called then, they had a guy get sick so rescheduled.. that day was raining. Called back a few more times until I got with Ronda. Rescheduled and no show again. Called and left message to rescheduled. nothing. called back a day later and nothing. Went with a different service that came quickly and trimmed the tree. When I called Ronda back to tell her I am no longer using her company and to cancel and future visits she was rude and hung up. I was referred to this service by a friend. She is also having scheduling issues with them and no shows. I will never use them again nor will I let anybody I know use them. Very unprofessional.

I wasn't home but when I came home there was a flag in the yard. The yard looks pretty good.

They were great. They were funny and really nice people. The only problem was that we have received an overdue invoice and I had already sent them a check that had been cashed. I left them a message about it but never heard back about that issue. I haven't seen any more bills since then.
